Discovered this place a while back when looking for a local coffee roaster to support. This is the closest to home, so I figured why not try it as I could walk if I wanted to.Very glad I did. Walked in first time and got great advice on their custom bean range. Was happy with my purchase and have ordered for delivery twice since. The latest order arrived same day. Tremendous service!!!
I've been looking for a coffee place that roasts on site. I picked up a bag of Sidamo roasted to 450°. I used to go to another coffee place and the guy there turned me onto Ethiopian coffee like Yirgacheffe (a subset of Sidamo) and different roasting temps etc. I love this stuff and couldn't find a place that roasts on site to the temp you want. I found it. They have as many as 20 or more beans raw that you can choose your roast. Buy it like this and grind and French press it yourself. It's a whole other level than drip. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will be a regular customer!!!
