My husband called in an order over the phone to be picked up. He realized as soon as he hung up he ordered the wrong fish and called back 20 seconds later. He was told by the same person that he spoke to that he would like to change it. She said no there is no manager in house to change it. When I picked it up, the story changed. I was told that it was too late (20 seconds later) because the fish had been dropped already. That is one fast cook to batter and drop fish in that short time frame! And I'm sure that isn't true because more than 10 minutes later I was still waiting for it. If we weren't so hungry, I wouldn't have even bothered to wait. The English woman is extremely condescending. We will not be returning here ever!

This particular location in Ancaster has delicious food especially their halibut with fish & chips - their burgers are fresh and flavourful. Highly recommend this location. The waitress, Nancymay, makes you feel happy you stopped in - Nancy offers friendly efficient service. Way to go
