This particular location in Ancaster has delicious food especially their halibut with fish & chips - their burgers are fresh and flavourful. Highly recommend this location. The waitress, Nancymay, makes you feel happy you stopped in - Nancy offers friendly efficient service. Way to go

This was our first visit to the Halibut House. We ordered two Sunday Specials (halibut & French fries) and fish tacos. Shout out to Sokunthea Chea for being so welcoming and friendly. The food came out quite quick and was temperature hot. The fries are made fresh everyday. The best part, they give you a bottle of their homemade tartar sauce on the table! Restaurants never give you enough tartar sauce, not the case with the Halibut House. Great fresh food at reasonable prices....

The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, the food is always delicious, and the price is always great! I would 10/10 recommend eating here I’ve been coming here for years and have not been disappointed once!
