So sad, the person we had serving us at a table was the bartender, Adele. S, let's just say she is one of the worst servers we have had, and to top it off, we explained to her about the service and she was so argumentative, I was shocked and embarrassed by her attitude.. It was as if we were bothering her for being there, we were interrupting their staff dance party at the back. Will we return, probably not, to bad because they do have the best burgers in town.

My wife and I had a 'date' lunch today at the spur of the moment. We both had the Chef Special Smash burger. Was amazing. Started with something unique... bacon fat popcorn. I know,,, sounds weird, but it was fantastic. Nicky took care of us with a lot of laughs and a genuine great spirit.
We took our 1-year-old with us (we don't get that many 'date' breaks), and in the commotion to organize ourselves, my wife left her purse. Mary chased us a block and a half down the street to get it to us. Thanks for a great afternoon, Nicky, Mary, and HAMBRGR.❤️

Ordered from here for the first time. I ordered a crispy chicken burger with fries and a chocolate shake. The crispy chicken burger was atrocious. The grease they obviously failed to remove soaked through the entire burger. What I received was a mostly digested in grease. The fries were obviously cooked twice and were colder than room temp. After being so disappointed with the meal I looked towards the shake. I noticed they added way too much whipped cream. This isn't advertised at all and isn't what was expected. There's only 2 inches of the actual drink I paid a lot for and the overwhelming majority is cheap whipped cream that nobody wants. Overall, I'm shocked how popular this expensive inedible disgusting greasy nasty food is. I'll be seeking my money back immediately after writing this.

Unacceptable the hamburger I had yesterday night was horrible too greasy. Unfortunately I ate it and now I can’t leave the toilet. What was in your burger? I would not recommend anyone to eat there. I feel sick this morning. Overpriced trash. I’m going to the doctors today and will let the restaurant know as soon as I get back. It’s probably nothing new I’m pretty sure others have experienced the same things.

Stopped in for some ice cream, they have some really good options. I got a banana split, it was yummy. The milkshakes are pretty crazy too. Definitely recommend checking them out.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years but have noticed a decline over the last 6 months here. Tonight was the last straw for me. While being quoted at 1 hour for my order of 1 item - I was ok with this (being it’s a Friday night). But when my order was prolonged to 1.5 hours and nothing was followed in the order notes - I won’t be coming back!

I come here around twice a month for poutine. I get Hot in Here poutine with EXTRA chicken. Was fine until today. I paid an extra $7 for extra chicken and only got 7 pieces in total. So did they not see extra chicken on there?
I ended up paying 28.25 for a regular chicken poutine...
Id like a refund for whats missing or the extra I ordered please.. Please don't play with our money like this, I never expected to be swindled by this place. This was my go to place... ?
