Burger buns were so soggy that I had to disect the burger, open and eat it. They had a draft beer special if you ordered before 6:00. We were meeting a group at 6:30, but we came in at 5:45 to enjoy some cheaper pints before dinner. When we arrived, the hostess told us the taps were down and wouldn't be fixed for a few days. (Not their fault at all.) However, we asked her if there was anything else on special and she said there was not. After meals were served, another server had a friendly chat with us while eating and she mentioned that there was the same special on beer bottles that we could have ordered, but since it was now after 6:00, we couldn't have it. We were flabbergasted, as we came early before all our friends and just sat there for 30 minutes waiting for the group to arrive.

this was a solid restaurant. i have enjoyed my burger with lettuce instead of bus :) drinks were exceptional. we had a great time.

Chicken sandwich was so good! More wine selections would be recommended. The vibe was very NYC niche restaurant. Booked on short notice so had to sit at bar but we actually enjoyed the experience although there were tons of empty tables at 4:00 while we were there. No reason we couldn't have had a table. Hardly anyone came in while we were there and everyone was seated at the bar. Odd.

Disappointed Got our orders mixed up. I ended up with the well done hamburger. Didn't realize it until after I had taken a bite...so didn't send it back. Didn't want to delay lunch for everyone else. My husband had wilted brown lettuce in an overdressed old salad that was inedible. They took it off our bill. Hard to have a lunch with friends when our orders were both an issue

I have ate here previously and looked forward to another great dinner Instead three of our four burgers were either overcooked or burnt We did share with the manager to provide feedback I was surprised that in the final bill there was no reduction or a coupon for future meal. I'm very reluctant to return

The Pickle Rick Caesar was absolutely amazing — easily one of the best specialty drinks I’ve had. The burgers were juicy and full of flavour, and the poutine was delicious with the perfect cheese-to-gravy ratio.
The service was great, the staff were super friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

The servers seemed disinterested, the burger was just warm. People kept the front door open making it very cold and we had to ask the staff to close the door 4 times. Two of the washrooms were plugged with paper towel or toilet paper and a third the faucet was so loose that you had to hold it to change the water temp and was out of paper towel.
