Great spot in the heart of Hamilton. Outdoor space was perfect! Service was excellent and the food was everything we expected! Quality beer and cocktails. The donuts were a hit!!

The Bean burger was very good. The beef burger was tasty but arrived with out the cheese as requested. Also the mustard and cutlery did not appear until 5 minutes. This was after waiting 1 hour for our food! The service was terrible. Their way of compensating us was saying the cheese would not be charged for. well it turns out the cheese is included when you order the a la carte burger. No apology given. We were told they were busy. We won't be rushing back.

We sat at the bar for the first time and had the seat near the bartender providing drinks for staff. A little busy and squishy compared to other side of the bar. Food was very good.

We went here for my sons graduation from McMaster and the food, service, and drinks are top notch. Although this is only the second time I have gone to Hambrgr, I will definately be coming back. The burgers are will cooked and juicy and the sides are all very good.

First time visiting but highly recommended! They did not disappoint! Plenty of choices of burgers and sides to satisfy every taste! All of our choices were prepared to perfection and absolutely delicious. We had fries, fried pickles and onion rings and all of the accompaniments were top-notch as well! We had a fabulous meal and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Can't wait to come back!

I ordered for delivery, so I can't comment on service or atmosphere. First time trying this restaurant. Very happy with this choice. The patty itself is good but OMG the toppings make this exceptional. I had the Royale, and I am looking forward to trying more of their menu.

Don’t go here. There are so many better restaurants on the strip. Literally any other place would be a safer and more enjoyable choice.
I’m a local and had only been here once, last year. The food was bad then too, but I decided to give it another shot because their patio is really nice.. I regret it.
If you have allergies, avoid this place at all costs. I have a dairy allergy (not an intolerance) and made that clear multiple times when ordering. Despite that, they still served us dairy. We went around 4pm, so maybe they were all super busy with dinner prep? the restaurant wasn't busy so idk.. even the receipt said no dairy, so I really don’t know how it happened. I started feeling sick shortly after and now I’m in for the night. Thankfully I didn’t eat much before I realized, or I’d be having trouble breathing. They comped the item cut I don’t care about a comp. I care about the fact that I’m going to get sick now because the server and the kitchen didn’t take it seriously.
As for the food, the fried pickles (ironically the item with dairy) were the only thing worth eating. The duck wings were dry hard and bland. We ordered the fry mix. The sweet potato fries were okay, but the regular ones were undercooked.
The server was kind but slow (we had to go grab our own plates cultery and napkins..and he didn’t seem to know the menu well, which didn’t inspire confidence.
Just skip this place. The food is subpar, the kitchen is careless, and it’s not worth it especially with so many better places near by.

Burgers were AMAZING! Only downfall to the food is the fries were a bit overdone but still good. Service was friendly and fast. Atmosphere was good 👍

My friend and I had a really good experience dining here. The burger was amazing... despite being on keto. The only thing is that it was kind of noisy at times so it was hard to listen to what my friend was saying. We were also placed near the door so it got cold every time the door opened. But overall, great restaurant and great service.
