The 514 burger was so delicious, didn't fall apart and the Swiss cheese gave it a nice taste. Only thing was the wait was a bit longer than expected but when ur first bite meets that burger, u forget everything in the wait time and purely Saviour the burger

I was told by a friend this was the best burgers in Hamilton. I ordered a Smash burger a Gar Parm Fries and a Vanilla shake. The Smash Burger was ....ok .. nothing special just very greasy and it was a little burnt. The Gar Parm fries were burnt literally so burnt you cant even bite into the fries almost chipped a tooth and the vanilla shake tasted off. Not sure what was with the vanilla shake but it tasted like the ice cream sucked in the smell of the grill cause it tasted like a grill. I threw out the fries and the shake I couldn't drink it at all. It was towards the end of the night 9 pm so maybe I was given the old stuff sitting around all day? I don't know ?

We took a friend here after raving to him about Hambrgr- and he said it was everything he had been promised and more! “Best burger I've ever had!” And that's coming from an Alberta native, where they know their beef!! All the food was fantastic, our server was friendly and helpful with suggestions and explanations, and checked in on us at the right frequency. We all rolled out of there happy and more than sated!!

Dani was a great server! Very friendly and knew her stuff. The gar parm fries had the best aoili I've ever had, I wish you could buy bottles of it. The burger I had was amazing too. I wish we had one of these closer to home!

Awesome restaurant. Found this gem last summer and this was our return trip from Rochester NY. All 5 star ratings are legit- food is fantastic and I tell everyone at home about it. Noise I gave 4 stars only because the music is awesome and I could barely hear it over the busy Sunday lunch lol not a bad problem to have. Will be returning for a 3rd time and GLAD I made the reservation. Place was packed on a Sunday afternoon!
A tried and true classic Hamilton spot that's loved by all! The burgers are definitely delicious and loaded. Toppings are also unique and fun. I try to get something different every time so that I can try them all out!They are also very accommodating towards dietary restrictions :)Service was friendly as well. However, it is always busy and the restaurant feels very cramped. I understand that they are trying to maximize seating but the tables and chairs just feel sooooo close together.Vegetarian options: Switch any burger to a black bean patty!

Music was too loud . I get it is a small place and was very busy and short staffed . But you could not hear to talk at the table. Because of the volume. Otherwise, it was fantastic food out standing. Service was good, slow, but they did their best to look after everyone.Parking: Meter parking, but free after 6 and on Weekends

I used to really enjoy this restaurant and I haven’t been for at least a year. We went on the weekend with our kids and we were pretty disappointed.My son ordered the duck wings and they were very dry and chewy. He wouldn’t even eat them.I ordered a custom burger and they got it all wrong. It was supposed to be on a lettuce bun, but it wasn’t. It was supposed to have pickled jalapeños, but it didn’t. It wasn’t very pleasant.My other son had a grilled cheese with sweet potato fries. It was OK, but sweet potato fries were too salty.The server looked like he hated life and wasn’t overly pleasant.
