Ordered the vegan fish and chips for delivery. Very glad this option exists. Bit pricey it's a unique product.

We had a lovely dinner at Hammerheads. The seafood was delicious and the service was excellent ( thanks Roxanne). To add to the experience, the live music with Eric Mills was amazing. We will be back for sure.

Wow! If I knew this place was this good. I would’ve ordered it sooner. We are kinda lucky to have so many good places for fish and chips and very lucky to have a place like hammerheads. It’s crispy light batter with fresh flaky tasty fish. Chunky fries and crunchy coleslaw. Yummy! Def top 3 place to go for fish and chips. !

I brought my fiancée here after dinner on her birthday for some oysters since it was recommended by some friends. These are the best oysters we’ve EVER had in Hamilton. We’re usually quite disappointed with seafood and head to Toronto when we have our cravings but little did we know, we had an amazing spot on Ottawa Street. The server was fantastic and so kind! I can’t wait to come back again!

As a celiac person, knowing that the potential of my food being cross-contaminated because the kitchen is mostly gluten free (except for one or two items) is a HUGE deal, AND the food is great! Crispy, not mushy, and not smothered in an abundance of salt (yeah, it's salty, but I'm not brushing excess off my fries like in other places). I love coming here for my fisn & chips!!

We had an excellent time here tonight! Celiac safe restaurant (with a gluten free beer option! YEY!) ..and the sweetest server ever! Roxanne looked after us tonight and she was genuine, warm and welcoming. I've always just gotten take out from this place, but we will be back! Our friendly and attentive server really was the best part of our experience! Her menu knowledge and suggestions were appreciated! Oysters were on special for $1.50. (thank you Roxanne for telling us the specials twice) we had the specials tonight and we were seriously impressed. Fish could be a little crispier but nothing to complain about. The house music was AWESOME! Thanks Hammerheads. Y'all knocked it out of the park for us tonight!!

I’m not one to order a lot from a place I’ve never been, but I had absolutely no doubt when I walked in, the salmon is AMAZING, and the mussels are SO GOOD, let alone the coleslaw, absolutely flabbergasted and loved the service, would 100% recommend!!

Was there this afternoon. Had the awesome lobster roll. Chock-full of lobster meat. I think they stuffed a whole lobster in. Was worth the drive down from the mountain. Simple decor but great food. The chips were hot and crispy and coleslaw was fresh and crunchy. You can taste the actual food. It's not masked with heavy seasonings. The freshness comes through with every bite. I don't think there's any other lobster place in Hamilton. This is better than what I had in Atlantic Canada.

What a great restaurant! My go too for seafood!! Great food at a reasonable price without cutting corner in the quality and freshness of their product. We got the coquilles St-Jacques as a shared entrée and the beautiful and juicy steak for 2! WOW! That was incredible. Yes I know a steak at a seafood restaurant, what the hell, but it was perfect and above my expectation, pair with a good glass of red I was a happy man. Service was also great. Strongly recommend that place.
