Ordered halibut an chips. More batter than fish. The fish would be the size of my hand but really thin. I wouldn't go there again.

I have lived across the street from Harry's fish and chips for 31 years and always enjoyed the food, the portions were always big and the prices weren't too bad when Harry and the Ivan owned it
I am not enjoying it with the new owners. I find it very very expensive now for less food. It's halibut special day today. So I ordered two orders. One for myself and one for my mother and we both got two pieces of fish but the size of the pieces were like the size of a playing card, not like they used to be at all...and $2 for a small coleslaw ?? (That's no bigger than a dipping sauce container). For every one they sell they can buy a head of cabbage, does that seem fair?
I now understand why it's not packed like it used to be. I do not think that I will be ordering from here anymore. It's a sad day, 30 years of eating there and I don't want to eat there anymore.

Not the same since the new owners took over. I want to rate it high because the owners are very nice people, but I've given the place 3 tries in the past year, and have been disappointed every time. The portion sizes are good, but the fish is really greasy and bland. Not the light and crispy Harry's of old. Fries are decent.
Prices also went up 20% over Old Harry's. Not really worth it imo. Think I've tried this place for the last time. Too bad, I really wanted to like it.

Had a wonderful experience. Had fish and chips and Captain’s platter with shrimp. Batter was so light. Some of the best fish and chips we’ve had. Service was very quick and waiter was so friendly. Highly recommend! R&J

My wife and I dropped in for Fish and Chips today. Incredible food and portion size. Kind and polite service. A positive experience. I strongly recommend anyone to drop and enjoy really good food. And a large container of tartar sauce not those goofy little packets.

This place is amazing, it was owned by different people before and we were worried that it wouldn't be as good with the new owners...But the new owners are amazing. Food is still great, prices are great and can honestly say I enjoy this place almost more now.

A quick and easy stop in at Harry's Fish and Chips is a great way to end your day, especially if you don't have the time to make dinner. Our order was quickly made with a generous portion of crisp fries. We had the haddock and that was excellent as well! Great friendly service amid a unique setting. Yo ho ho I'll go there again!
