They no longer have real cheddar or even tzatziki anymore (that was my substitute when they stopped real cheese for processed cheese.)Harveys used to be my favourite fast food place, but the quality has slipped while keeping prices similar; that's not what I wanted from harveys. I go there for the better quality burger or chicken. I'd rather pay more for the same quality they used to represent but that's gone now.It's worth saying that because harveys was my fav but I only eat fast food as a meal maybe once a month, and not always harveys; I've noticed this gradual decline that I think most people might not notice.This is a critique solely of their product quality.I have zero expectations for atmosphere, it's a fast food joint. It was clean, the bathrooms were clean, but it was loud due to being busy. I wouldn't count that against them. To be expected.

i ordered buffalo chicken wrap. my wrap was full of lettuce and onions and almost no chicken. they are being cheap by saving chicken. and food was cold. definitely don’t recommend this to anyone.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for a large buffalo chicken poutine and received a small one, I called the location to see if they could send me another poutine , they said they couldn't do anything and I would have to complain through Uber Eats to to get my money back, the person who answered the call was direct and dry, she didn’t apologize for the mistake or didn’t tried to resolve it in a better way, implying that “the order was wrong is not our problem, get a refund through Uber eats”. No concern for the consumer, I don't recommend this place period.
