Horrible food. Went through drive thru this evening and recieved 2 cold burgers and forgot gravy. Called to complain but denied could ever be cold and offered free meal. I turned it down, I want my money back, I do not want to ever eat there again turned me right off Harveys.

I visited the Harvey’s at Upper Ottawa and Rymal in Hamilton on August 19th around 5:10 PM to pick up my online order. When I went inside to collect it, the server (name tag: Ava D) told me that I should only enter the restaurant once the order is marked ready on their end. I was taken aback by her tone and asked to speak with the manager to confirm if this was an actual policy. The manager clearly told me there is no such rule.
I raised my concern that the server scolded me unnecessarily, and the manager said she would “talk to her.” However, as I was leaving, I noticed both the server and the manager laughing while looking at me, which made me feel mocked, disrespected, and discriminated against.
This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in a customer service environment. As a paying customer, I expect courtesy and respect, not humiliation. I strongly urge Harvey’s management to take this matter seriously and review the staff conduct at this location.

Not really sure why myself or anyone else is eating out anymore these days. Went here around 645. Got 3 burgers 1 being a combo came upto just under 31$ What did I get for this. Luke warm burgers which seemed like they were sitting out for a while cold soggy fries. Toppings also looked old and mushy. I also shouldnt have to ask for more than 1 pickle and tomato not sure why this establishment is so cheap? Are you hurting that bad you need to skimp on the toppings? Overall i feel like i paid for garbage. Most likely not coming back.

Felt like the Angus Burgers are smaller then they used to be. But when you can use a coupon code to feed your family its very helpful and good quality and service.
