Entered around 11:10 AM Sunday December 8, the lady at the front taking my order was very rude very snarky, very impatient, rolling eyes, huffing, and puffing. What do you want what size very impatient and then when she decided to assemble my order, I was putting pop in my glass just finishing and she rudely asked me three times what do I want on my burger? There’s no one else except me ordering just throwing down everything that she’s doing and she puts on Harvey sauce mayonnaise any condiments that I asked for so I mentioned to her that she must’ve got up on the wrong side of the bed. She told me I can’t hear it. I hope you’re saying just lying. She obviously hates me for some reason. Just horrible. If you have these kind of people working here you need better training. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location having to deal with this

Disappointed with our last order. The fries were the worst I can remember them; it seems like they mixed some old fries into the tray because 40% of the fries were as stale as cardboard. The burgers were also a bit cold. Plus, the drink machine was malfunctioning and wouldn't turn off once triggered.

I hope you take this seriously as this is an offensive matter treated to be on urgent basis. I went to drive thru on 1575 upper Ottawa st hamilton, on November 11 at 9.28 pm, I ordered the burger meal on the drive thru and informed them , I was using the coupon and went to the window , the lady on the drive thru window yelled at us and made faces as she told us to inform them about coupon before ordering. That was so mean and rude me and my friend were shocked upon hear that. This kinda of behaviour is unacceptable and inappropriate. We had to check our food thrice before eating as it raised concern. I would like to speak to an authority about this.
