Came @ 11:05pm Wednesday December 18th after work through Drive thru as it states open until 12am. Place was closed up and dark. No one in sight. Hours need to be updated for patrons to be able to receive appropriate service.

Didnt get our order right, got fries instead of onion rings, wife got onion rings and they were the worst tasting ones we ever had. The burgers were cooked but Just, needed to be cooked more. Not good like Harveys is supposed be.

They feed meat burgers instead of veggie burgers and the cook named Chris in the back smirks about it afterwards. Also there is a manager named Sansee? Sansi? Not quite sure of her name. But she hangs up in your face and then ignores your calls further. Another person finally picked up my call and we had to drive all the way back to get a refund that Sansee refused to give for both meals. Cold food, incorrect food, wasted time and gas.

Good food for an excellent price and the staff were AMAZING!!!
My poutine was not good at all. They just threw everything in the box like garbage and said here you go. They didn't even close the box properly. I don't like coming to this location anymore.

Took my kids there after soccer went threw drive threw and the girl that answered sounded very miserable. When we got to the window she definitely looked like she did not want to be there, she gave us our drinks but forgot one and then basically threw the bags of food at us. Once we got home and took our food out, the gravey for our pountine was all chunky and Luke warm. What a horrible experience!
