What a disappointment!!! I have been here 3 times! TURN ON THE HEAT!!! All the employees are wearing jackets!!!! I asked they said the owner refuses to turn on the heat OMG! I went with my kids we ate with our coats on!!!

This location is aweful. My fiance picked up dinner for our family. He was excited to try the new pickle poutine. They gave him a buffalo chicken poutine (even though the dill pickle poutine was on the receipt). Tried calling multiple times, can't get ahold of the restaurant. Plus the staff are rude.

I went in to get the new pickle poutine through the drive through, I asked for 2 pickle poutines and the worker (teenage girl) was already giving me attitude and being disrespectful in her tone. However that didn't bother me as much. I pulled over to eat my poutine and she gave me a pickle poutine and a regular one. So I went in to get the correct order and I was very nice about it. And her boss told her it was the wrong order and to fix it and I heard her say I order regular ones and that I was rude as she gave me extremely unprofessional and disrespectful dirty looks. Would NOT recommend this harvey's to anyone.

I just ordered on the drive thru, its 12th Jan, 11:18pm rn and the lady who was taking my order was soo rude because we were discussing on what to order.. we did 1 veggie combo+ 1 veggie burger to which we later said that we want to add another sandwich- which idk why made her reply so rudely.. saying “let us knw how many burgers at first so we can drop that together “ are you serious? How can you talk to your customers like that specially when we did not take that long! Isk whts wrong with that lady.
The service here is always great and the workers are very friendly! I used a coupon for an Angus meal deal and not only was the value great, the quality of the meal was impeccable. This is a great place if you're looking for a fast food burger.

Special appraisal for the chef, Emmad! I went to the washroom and the sign says “Employees must wash hands” and Emmad helped me wash my hands delicately with soap.

Ordered off of Uber Eats, took a bite out of my chicken wrap and there’s a huge hair in it Absolutely disgusting- tried calling the store directly to suggest maybe enforcing the use of hair nets but apparently this location doesn’t answer their phones for their customers. Will not be ordering ever again
