The service here is always great and the workers are very friendly! I used a coupon for an Angus meal deal and not only was the value great, the quality of the meal was impeccable. This is a great place if you're looking for a fast food burger.

The store was very clean and the food was absolutely phenomenal! So good I didn’t realize it was fast food!
Special appraisal for the chef, Emmad! I went to the washroom and the sign says “Employees must wash hands” and Emmad helped me wash my hands delicately with soap.
This is the customer service I want every time I go anywhere and I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely disgusting- tried calling the store directly to suggest maybe enforcing the use of hair nets but apparently this location doesn’t answer their phones for their customers.

Deserves a 0*. Took my order and my money. Never got my food. They claim it was handed off to a driver. Someone else stole my food. They referred me to app to get a refund. No option on app for a refund. Never again. Horrible customer service. I had to choose what I got - I got nothing because Harvey’s took my money and the driver stole my food. And the woman on the phone told me she couldn’t leave the restaurant to deliver it. Pathetic. Iconic Canadian chain is not what this is anymore.

Drive through keeps giving the wrong order! They need to train staff better at this location
Worst service EVER.
We don’t normally do fast food on Mondays, but my husband & I were running some errands in the area and ended up at Harvey’s for dinner last night. When we ordered, I noticed 2 other people ahead of us, waiting for their food. We placed our order (an original cheeseburger combo & crispy chicken burger combo), and started waiting. More people walked in after us, causing a fuss (I think one group was a little bit not okay in the head), and ordered as well.
I quickly realized the people ahead of us were waiting way too long. It was a good 15 minutes before one of the other customers got their order. 4 burgers. Took FOREVER to garnish. Then, my burger finally came out. Got that garnished & told it would still be a wait for the chicken burger. They stuck my burger under the warmer, which was also where my fries were already sitting for 20 minutes. I was waiting and waiting, and saw the cooks pumping out burger after burger, and NO chicken burger.
ALL of the other people in the restaurant that ordered after us got their food garnished and left, and then the chicken burger was finally ready. At this point, we didn’t want our food anymore & demanded a refund. Someone, who I imagine was the supervisor for the evening, came out & told me that chicken takes 7 minutes to cook. We were waiting a good 30-40 minutes. She began the refund & started giving me attitude, slamming the cash onto the counter.
I did receive my money back, but I will NEVER come to this location again. These employees need to be retrained immediately.

this location is garbage. Ive had issues in the past with this particular location so tonight I asked for my food to be cooked fresh. I waited 10 minutes and was even made to drive around. Not a problem at all. The food was somehow cold, stale, and soggy. My burger looked and tasted like it was just put in the microwave for a minute or 2. The toppings were also somehow wilting and looked nasty. They for some reason put 6 litres of gravy on my poutine. They forgot to put bacon and cheese on my burger despite charging me. And they forgot our straws. Avoid this location.

Made the mistake of having lunch here today. The food was lukewarm. The atmosphere was terrible, there was a man laying across a table asleep, still there when we left. The place was full of students, most not eating, just being disruptive. One table had Tim Hortons drinks and food on their table, not Harvey’s. The staff didn’t seem to care. Never again.

They had completely messed up my order, not one thing right other than the drink. I called manager when I realized mistake. The manager apologized and said I will have credit to order the same meal again. I asked if i needed some to prove that, they said no. I went to claim my meal and i even had receipt and they said i couldn't because has to be claimed within 30 days. I advised them i had not been advised that. They said i was. I told them neither teenager was there so how would they know. They refused me credit and didn't want to give me my receipt back. Very very reluctantly they eventually gave it back. I will go to head office about this. I also went to another fast food burger joint and spent $60 at that place. Harvey's lost because zi will NEVER go to Queenston Harvey's again

Got a hot dog today in the drive thru @12:30. When I got back to work and unwrapped it the whole bun was covered in relish, top and sides. The weiner was not cooked. Terrible quality control.
