It took 15 minutes for 2 kids burgers and fries. Owner, tell workers it is okay to turn of the Uber tablet sometimes. We are paying full price. Uber take 24% of the bill. The 2 in front of me would never order there again and we will not either. I will say, the one young woman in the back was working her tail off. A girl with blonde hair. The two working out front were just watching. No I in team. There was there. 5 stars to her but 1 as a whole as the service was garbage.

I ordered crispy chicken combo and my friend 4 chicken strips, oily, and has no taste, if you buy it from any store it would taste way better, however all the food was cold, even the fries... I didn't really enjoy it tbh... it can be way better.

This is the best Harvey’s experience I’ve had in about a decade. The food was made fresh for me and really tasty. I love that they don’t have food sitting under the lamps and it was still fast. The staff were super friendly, seemed genuinely happy, and offered great service by being thorough at the checkout and the toppings counter.

Ordered from this location tonight. 60$ order. Had to cancel it because it took well over 2hrs. Still would of had to wait even more if I didn't cancel it. Harveys you should be embarrassed.
