Garbage. Can't stand restaurants who screw up your order then blame the delivery guy. You forgot to include items I ordered, not door dash. Passing the buck and making me jump through hoops to get what I ordered. You should be ashamed.You forgot a large pop, so to compensate me you will upside my next drink from a medium to a large?!?!? How about just bringing me my drink I paid for? Pathetic. I will never order Harvey's again. Better off going to McDonald's. At least they correct their mistakes.Burger King and Harvey's, two peas in a pod. Terrible service. Terrible prices.

I used to love this place but prices keep going up but size and quality have been going down. Tonight was the last straw! We spent $56 for 3 people. We got their new cheesy fries and the fries wasn't cooked thoroughly. They were white, mushy and some still a bit hard. The Pepsi was so watered down. Not worth the price at all! So very disappointing!

The staff is amazing and very attentive, friendly, a great place to take my son .Vegetarian options: I love the veggie burger, it is my favorite and my go to when I want a burger. Fresh toppings can't be beat.Kid-friendliness: It is a great place to eat with the kids, clean and staff is wonderful

Ordered via their app and went through the drive thru only to find out they didn't receive my order. Correct address was shown on the app and on my bank account that it was ordered. The manager Darlene was a little rude off the bat, called the owner Mike and they were speaking Spanish while I was standing there (speaker phone).It was rude and unprofessional. Mike talked AT me instead of TO me. I don't understand how he couldn't comprehend why I was upset, which upset me even more. My grandmother was starving after coming out of the hospital so I was concerned about her. I waited over a half hour for them to rectify the problem. It was ridiculous. The front staff was friendly, patient, and understanding to what my issue was. Not that they care, but I won't go back
