Best Acai bowl from here to Brazil. Just had the Aloha smoothie and I'm still dreaming of it. Staff is amazing and the manager Vic was very helpful. Need one of these closer to my house but I'll keep making the drive.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions as I work closely and I have found the staff to be relatively rude almost every time I go. I wanted to give it one last chance a couple of days ago as I wanted something cool in this crazy heat we’ve been having but it was the absolute worst experience I’ve had here. I used to work in a smoothie bar myself, one very similar to Heal, and I am in disbelief of the way some of the staff treat the customers. From the get-go, on this occasion, the person working the cash did not seem to want to be there. I ordered a smoothie bowl but asked if I could sub out the coconut for anything else. She replied “you could just have it without coconut” to which I kindly said that I would rather sub it out if that’s possible as I am paying for it. She then very bluntly told me that I could have bee pollen instead to which I agreed. Then she proceeded to charge me for it to which I declined and asked her to just take off the coconut and leave it at that. When my order was finished, she called it out, turned her back and ignored myself and the person I was with who had ordered as well. I wasn’t sure if the napkins and spoons were help yourself but she straight up had her back to me to talk to the other staff so I went ahead and grabbed them. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing. Again, I have worked in a smoothie bar and would have never spoken to a customer in that manner or have been so unwilling to make a simple substitution like that. When you are paying that much for something, feeling like you are a nuisance to the person working for merely existing as a customer is crazy.

Went in on a Sunday and when we tried to pay with cash we were told they were not supposed to accept cash and that they would only be able to give us nickels as change. When we questioned it the employee said they weren’t able to go to a bank that day due to it being a Sunday. Do businesses not plan multiple days in advance? Especially for the weekend? The employee was very rude overall and offered no alternate solution or even apologized for the inconvenience. Our bill was $20.60, we gave $25.. The bowls and drinks were good but the customer service will stop me from going again.

Over the last year they must have changed the mango supplier. I always get mango bowl and it is now very hard, sour, not sweet. Even the color is is different. No longer the nice bright color that a ripe mango has. The mango they are using now is not ripe.

I come here multiple times a week after Pilates and the staff is so friendly, quick and personable. Whenever I call ahead my order is already ready and on time and super delicious. I know sometimes people feel that it can be expensive for a smoothie or a bowl but it’s a meal realistically.. it’s good quality ingredients and always tasty! Thanks for always killing it ladies!
