One of the benefits of the CANADIAN WARPLANE HERITAGE MUSEUM is the little food gem packed away by the tarmac and is a GREAT spot to take a break from spending the much-needed time enjoying all the aircraft displays.
Constantly filled with the museum workers, aircrews and volunteers there is still room to find a table to enjoy their delicious menu items. BTW.....CWHM members get 10 % discounts.
Come at opening and sneak in for a a generous, home cooked breakfast (if chef is in a good mood hold off on the carbs with hash browns and PERHAPS ask for an extra slice of protein bacon) and some flavourful coffee. Huge bow windows provide excellent views of the aircraft activity outside.
Best breakfast in Hamilton.

Very reasonably priced, with a wide selection of items. I loved the Lancaster Larger in particular. The decor and atmosphere blends well with the aircraft museum.

Had breakfast here with my boys.Quite reasonable prices and breakfast was decent as well. It's like a cafeteria, you take your food and drop off plates and cutlery yourself.

*You must pay museume entrance fee unless you work at the airport*I had the turkey club sandwich and for the price it is a much better portion size and the quality beats out Tim Hortons down the

I never got to eat here. Made arrangements to meet family for Sunday lunch and find out you have to pay museum entry to access the This would have added $100 on to our lunch bill. Wish that was made apparent when looking them up on the internet.
Ordered a crispy chicken burger with fries, took a while to make but when I got it I knew why. This was no fast food processed chicken, it was the real deal. The fries were amazing too, crispy and crunchy, worth every penny ?

Great little spot inside the CWHM to grab a bite during your visit. Really reasonable prices and you can view any of the flights coming and going with their location.

Delicious food and large serving sizes. Come hungry!
Don't know if the Cafe and gift shop are classified in the same grouping for the Heritage museum, but I thought the gift shop was great. Even had Molson Canadian Avro Arrow models.I didn't try the food so I can't rate it.If you like my reviews, videos or photos why not give the gift of a thumbs up.
You can go into the cockpit of a few of the planes & on weekends in summer they fly some of the turboprop planes.
This is a great place to see & learn about warplanes from World War I to the early 70s. Most planes are from the time around World War II & most exhibits in the gallery are about World War II.
