Ok, first off the watermelon was sooo bitter. It ruined the entire tea. I hated every sip. So very disappointed. It was also my first time at Hero Tea. How did they think it's okay to use old and bitter watermelon for an $8 drink?
The mango was better but still not good.
Their teas are strong and bitter and their tapiocas dont have much sugar, so you need at least 50% sugar. Maybe with more sugar, the mango one would have been better? But I also dont like to take so much sugar.
They were also very watery.
Overall, super sad and extremely disappointed.

Edible but not tasty. I won’t be back. The milk tea is bitter and dark and the tapioca is mushy and tasteless. Every tapioca is a different texture and size, not easy to enjoy.

Just get the meat bowl across, this places clueless bout milktea. The discount reciepts a bait. Put the milk IN THE FRIDGE. Spoiled milk.

I went here for the first time today and ordered the white peach oolong fresh milk tea with tapioca. My mom ordered the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and we were very happy with our drinks. The lady working there was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome!

Small spot on the side of the main street in Hamilton. Since this is one way, it is difficult to find parking unless you're willing to parallel park while 3 lanes of traffic are oncoming.
Drinks were well done, enjoyed the tangy lemon tea and mango heaven.

Best place in Hamilton for brewed tea! All the staff are friendly and helpful. I got various recommendations from them and all taste amazing. Recent favorite is the White Dew Lotus Slush. It’s a refreshing and creative blend, try it!

unfortunately for my bank account, the tangy lemon tea is perhaps the best drink on earth. heaven sent. also pictured is the watermelon delight which did get the stamp of approval from my boyfriend as well. get the tangy lemon tea though i promise
