The toppings were fresh and abundant, however you missed the sauce.. not shawarma without the garlic sauce buds.. Also I asked for sauce on the side for the wings (no pics)... that didn't happen. I'll try again later.

Delivery driver was asked to buzz up to my apartment when I called into the store. instead called and claimed he was too busy. It’s your job to delivery to the door. In that time it took me to come down. He could’ve came up delivered. Paid and gotten a tip aswell for doing me the small favour while my children were sleeping.

I did not received two dipping sauce that i have ordered also didn’t get the pickle pizza with toppings, instead the whole pizza is not a pickle pizza only comes with toppings. .

It took me 2 years to find the best pizza, and Hi-land was my #1 until they changed the cheese on the pizza. The previous owner learned his lesson when he changed the cheese his business declined. I called him up one day and asked him if he changed the cheese and said yes and said he changed back because of business decline. I said then I would order a pizza, and it was delicious. I was looking forward to having Hi-land pizza as I moved out of the area, and we were in the area last week. I was disappointed. You could tell they changed the cheese to a cheaper brand just as the previous owner did. I'm not sure if you noticed a decline in your business, but you've just lost this customer for pizza until you change your cheese. But I will be back for your homemade garlic dip, which I can eat by the bucket. Please change your cheese back and charge more people will pay more for good pizza.

Has been bought a Pizza on Thursday, and we were finishing it off today. And it turns out that there's a giant black arm hair baked into the pizza which went into my mouth. I proceeded to call to tell them about it. And he ACCUSED ME of it being mine. Instead of apologizing.... its not possible that is mine. Husband is blonde and i shave arm hair. I didn't want any compensation. I just wanted to let him know, and now he has lost a customer and we were there once every other week.
