Hi-Line pizza shawarma and wings

Have had delivery myself after a friend raved about this location. Absolutely great food at an affordable price. Pizza yesterday was stellar. Delivery driver was professional and kind. Ten out of ten will recommend hiking to everyone.

Terrible. Order was not as it was placed naked vs breaded wings. Called, and they knew the mistake before I said it, and said they realized it before sending it out but sent it out anyhow. Over an hour wait, cold burnt pizza and wings breaded not naked. Acknowledged their mistake only to hang up the phone on me, terrible-just terrible customer service 😒

Your wings used to be very large, well worth the money. I ordered 10 wings recently with my pizza and no joke each wing was pathetically scrawny, barely bigger than my pinky finger. Very unfortunate. Serve proper wing portions or you arent going to have returning customers.

I called and told them my food was not made how I asked and was under cooked and I had 10 people to feed and two small children screaming for food. I asked what we could do and refused to help until the next time I order. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION.

Pizza too greasy this time. So I've been here 3 times. Each time I have ordered online for 3 pm each time. Each time I've gone in and they never had it ready. What's the point in ordering online of it's not going to be ready. They certainly are not busy at 3 pm. !! Today I went in at 3:01 & this time they had the wrong size pizza. Some guy named Quando was out of the kitchen more than he was in it doing orders. So I left & said I'd be back in 20. Came back & this Quando guy was just putting my pizza in .... wtf !! So I waited again until it was cooked. So the pizza I ordered online for pick up at 3 pm I finally got 45 MINUTES LATER. I would have been ok if it was busy and dinner time rush, but at 3 pm no excuse. Oh and the woman at the front says, " I'll give you an extra dip for the wait ". Are you kidding me. I'm not sure if I'll be back as I only go because it's across the road & the pizza is passable but pizza pizza has WAYYYY better pizza. Totally lazy cook and unorganized.

Ok so you know or should know you've overcooked the onion rings & you still serve them. Poutine severely lacking gravy. Pretty sure you could find a picture of what it should look like. Ordered from here quite a bit worst ever. Very disappointed.
