We catered food for 65 people from this place. The quantity they gave was enough for 30 people. One large tray of food was supposed to feed 65-70 people according to them. That’s all they gave, one large tray each of rice and daal. Definitely not catering from this business again. Also not cheap.

Had a wonderful dine-in experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service truly stood out as well. Rupinder Kaur provided exceptional customer service: warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, a great atmosphere, great food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Special thanks to our server Rupinder Kaur, who made the experience even better. She was polite, attentive, and very professional throughout. She checked in at the right times, made good recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect without being intrusive.

Himalaya Restaurant at Centennial, Hamilton–Stoney Creek is a true gem for North Indian vegetarian food lovers. The food is consistently excellent—always fresh, especially the samosas. Their chaat is full of authentic flavour, and the absolute must-try is the rasmalai—soft, rich, and incredibly delicious. If you enjoy classic North Indian vegetarian cuisine with real taste and quality, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Himalaya Restaurant in Hamilton used to be our absolute go-to for Indian food, especially vegetarian dishes. We wouldn’t go anywhere else because the quality and flavours were consistently amazing. Unfortunately, over the past five years, this place has really gone downhill. The food is nowhere near the level it once was, which is disappointing for long-time customers who remember how good it used to be.
Whoever was previously responsible for maintaining the quality truly set a high standard, and it would be great to see the restaurant return to that level again.

I was externally hungry and came from work and ordered bhindi masla I could not eat honestly Number 1: there were actually raw formed lumps of spices and secondly bhindi was not properly chopped full okra pieces without cutting was just lying on top it was just casually thrown in box I had tried your kulcha which was good so I request you if you guys don’t know how to cook any dish don’t just randomly add in Menu because it wastes out money plus hunger uploaded picture in photo section
The thalis are my favourite plate of takeout food in Hamilton. Sweets are always a hit with family and friends, and the spiced cashews are fantastic. A+ all the way.
The best naan I ever had in the GTA. Flavours, service, spice levels 10/10
chole bhature was ok but Kadai paneer was very disappointing.
