Honest Feedback
This was my second getting cheese cake factory from this location, the first time was great! Hence why we went back the second time, just took 2 bites and the cheese cake was OLD!!! It didn’t even taste like cheese cake, you could tell it had been in the fridge for WAY too long, disappointing and I won’t be returning, for the price it should ALWAYS be fresh!!!

Regrettably, our visit to Holy Shakes fell short of expectations. The fries appeared to be fried in aged oil, imparting a bitter flavor, and even after the server attempted a replacement, the issue persisted. The chicken in our wrap was inadequately cooked, leaving us thoroughly disappointed. Sadly, we won't be giving Holy Shakes another chance.

I was truly impressed during my recent visit to HolyShakes Hamilton. The sole staff member on duty, a young girl, showed remarkable efficiency and politeness, juggling all her duties with grace. Despite a slightly longer wait due to being the only one managing, the flavor and presentation of the food were excellent. Her dedication to her job made my visit enjoyable and I'm sure others feel the same. Keep it up!

I wish I could give 0 stars, We wait for 50 minutes for an incomplete order and when we ask about the girl serving just threw the receipt in a rude and impolite way. Two burgers just full of onions, too expensive, nothing similar what they offered in the menu, our first and last time.

Very subpar and disappointing. Wife had a bug craving saw their waffles and ice cream. Dry, hard, no ice cream.Menu states with ice cream. Forces you yo pick one and yet still came with now. For how expensive they are, id like ti atleast get the product we were advertised.

It was my first time visiting the location and the young man walked me through the style of food and suggested his favourites. Based on said recommendation, I purchased the Piri Piri Chicken Wings on Fries, the Crunch Munch, a Strawberry Banana Holy Shake and a Birthday Cake Holy Shake. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! The food was very tasty with the infusion of flavours and it was the best shake my adult son has ever had!! Thank you for provided top notch service!! I shall return!!Parking: It’s in a very large outdoor plaza with ample parking available!
