I really enjoy this place & honestly maybe it does take a bit longer to order / receive food, but why not just chill out, they play good loud classic rock usually so just enjoy that in the meantime? I’ve gone a few times after a movie, the theatre is really close, food is good. One less star though because occasionally someone horrible finds the digital jukebox thing!

Worst service ever!!! Yesterday my stepdaughter and I went to eat there before a play. We waited 15 min with no service and 2 other tables seated after us got orders in. My stepdaughter left our table to stop a waitress who finally came over and apologized, took our order, then said she would pass it on to our waitress. Another 15 min and no drinks (just 2 pops really) 2 other waiters (neither ours) asked if we'd been helped and we repeated our order again. Finally OUR waitress came by, apologized and said she had tablet problems (obviously can't use paper like the others) and confirmed our order (had it even been submitted???), after another 10 min finally get our drinks. Chelsea (stepdaughter) asks a different waiter to speak to manager which he was. She indicated how long it took to get our drinks and still no food while another table seated after us was eating (seriously we only ordered chicken strips and fries/onion rings). He said he'd be right back and low and behold he brought our food. Now I do have to say the chicken and onion rings were great but Chelsea's fries were undercooked. No time to reorder. Our waitress checked on us once and then brought the full bill...yup we were expecting some compensation. We paid it and left...never to return again. Oh and music is too loud for dinner patrons

Part of a chain of restaurants that serve pub fare. Our server/bartender was super friendly, attentive and served us quickly. Appears to have a pretty good amount of locals who hang out at the bar. I’ve been before and it’s consistent in the food.

Not a bad place to drink. Some of the bartenders are great and know my drink before I’ve even sat down and over right away. Nice place to kill time.

We stopped in after the bulldogs game tonight and ordered a pitcher of bud light. It was flat as flat can be. I told the server, who then just said sorry and walked away. Then I asked another guy who was walking around giving orders if he was the manager. He said," manager in training". So, I told him the beer was flat. He asked what beer we were drinking and I told him. He said Oh and walked away. Not a single server has come to our table to serve us since....poor customer service and the restaurant smells like a$$.

This place is perfect to go if you want to wait over an hour and sometimes more just to receive your menus. I have gone here many times for its convenient location, usually for lunch and despite the place being usually void of customers and having too many servers working it's impossible to get in and out of here in a lunch hour. I have waited up to 2 hours before just to receive my drink. Food is typically cold by the time it arrives. They also change their menu far too often and far too drastically, I would come back a week later and find the food I wanted already off the menu. They have cheap beer, that's about all I can say that's positive.
It’s a cheap place for a casual study, but make sure you have your HotSpot all set up due to luck of internet! But otherwise the place is nice and the staff is always really friendly!

Greasy, cheap bar. Homeless people will ask you for cigarettes and money as you eat, slow service, in Jackson Square do naturally infected with the bed bugs infestation that I've personally seen in Jackson Square during my 9 months working in the offices above. Sooo many better places to eat all within a 5 min walk of here.

My dad came here to play a game and won some money and the bartender decided that his voucher was already "cashed" thinking she pulled the greatest heist over a minority with little to no English in history she then threatened to call the police if he didn't leave the establishment. I called the gambling establishment and they investigated the honest lawyer and I was told to come redeem the cash owed to my father. The bartender I guess threw a "new girl" under the bus for her mistake/theft/incompetence. We arrived and the box hair dyed bartender Ashley? avoided us at every chance even pretending she couldn't hear the pleas and cries of another server helping us out. Finally after being ignored for awhile a more respectable manager came to resolve our issue but with no apology on how they treated my dad days before. Have some integrity ladies.
