Delivery was over half hour late.....ordered mild wings got spicy.Phoned and got replacement wings and revieved even spicier wings. Pizza was dry and barely edible tastes and looks like it came from the frozen food section at Walmart.Will never order from these crooks again.

Way to lose a customer. The website says walk in special medium pep or cheese $6.99 I try ordering and the manager says that is for students only.but nowhere on the website says student. Then I showed him a screenshot of the price being $6.99 and then he decided to change his excuse and said the website was down because he was in the middle of changing the prices. I said to the manager that it would be courteous to honour the website and he said he couldn't. So I nicely left and he followed me to my car saying that he meant to say the website was down not that it was for students. Pick a lane buddy. Sorry I ll go somewhere else.

We absolutely love this place! The food and the service is so good. The owners are so sweet and always so helpful. We have never had any issues with our food and always taste so fresh! We don't eat pizza anywhere else.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It took 45. When I asked what the issue was they told me that they did not have any pizzas of the type I ordered ready. The employee explained to me that all their pizzas are all pre-made! Not made when ordered.
I won't be coming back.

I, yesterday ,visited the Hot Spot Pizza location in Hamilton and had an outstanding experience. It was veggie pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The pizza, crafted by Simran, was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced in taste. Every bite was a delight, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
