Average - Burger arrived smothered in ketchup. Literally, every bite tasted like ketchup rather than being to differentiate the other ingredients or taste the meet..so disappointed.Cheese fries were ok, have had way better!Overall, I think they have a good setup but the balance of ingredients in their burger could be way better! Isn't their any quality control on these before sending them out?

Poutine was good. Gravy is meat based.Only issue was the containers are awful. I wasted so much of the poutine because it was sticking and ripping the paper off the containers.. So gross..Impossible burger is good. I got the single for $11Poutine was $10Cheese sauce tastes very watery but I didn't mind it too much. It tasted fine with the cajun fries.Overall is good food. Love the interior and staff is always so nice.I would just suggest maybe using parchment paper under the poutine and cheese fries so they dont stick to the container.

I stumbled upon Hotties and decided to give it a shot. As soon as I took a bite of their juicy, perfectly smashed burger, my hunger vanished into thin air! ??But that's not all, The vibe at Hotties was off the charts. The place was buzzing with energy, and the staff were super friendly. I had a great time chatting with them and soaking in the awesome atmosphere. It was like a party in my mouth and a party in the restaurant, all at once! ??I gotta say, those Hotties Smash Burgers really know how to satisfy a hungry soul and create a memorable experience. If you're ever in the mood for some mouthwatering burgers and a good time, I highly recommend checking them out. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! ??

I want to commend them for their excellent customer service in handling the order, and I also highly recommend their delicious food. If you're in the area, make sure to try their fantastic Smashburgers. For delivery, I suggest contacting Hotties directly instead of using Uber Eats. These guys deserve a five-star rating all the way.

I've had this spot on my radar for a little while and finally got the chance to try it today. I ordered The Hottie and the cheese fries. The cheese sauce was pretty good I have had better but it was generously poured over the fries. The only thing was the fries got soggy very quickly but the sauce was good and hot and a generous amount so it was still tasty. The burger was nice and messy just how I like it and very good! My only suggestion is I would provide a toasted bun as an option. That will help prevent the bun from getting soggy too quickly. It was $22.60 with tax for what I ordered. I wouldn't want to order this for delivery as your items will show up soggy but if you do order in store and eat it there it is a very delicious place to eat. I hope they expand their menu and offer more choices in the future. The fellows who served me were very friendly.

Phenomenal smash burgers! I had the hottie toddie with cajun fries. Perfect ingredient ratios and fresh tasting too! Best in Hamilton by far!
