Hui Lau Shan Hamilton 許留山 Boba + Mango Desserts

Drink was not very good. I like taro teas, so I ordered a Taro Rice Milk Tea. Thought "rice milk" meant a dairy free milk made from rice, but no, it was regular milk with actual rice floating in it. Okay my bad, never ordered something like that before and now I know for the future. But I got home to try and fix the drink the way I like it and realized: where is the taro? The drink wasn't purple, but the rice was. Maybe the rice is cooked with taro? Also was given some kind of jelly in the drink, maybe grass jelly? Didn't seem like taro jelly. Just a very confusing drink compared to Chatime. Plus when I fixed the drink and strained out the rice and jelly, I realize the tea itself does not taste very good and ended up throwing away.

Avoid at all costs. Never again. It was a cold night and we came for hot desert. Ordered 2 of the 3 only hot dessert, waited for 20mins and they are cold. I asked the server if it's hot, she said only the soup is hot but all toppings are cold. She took them back to microwave, but came back out is just slightly not cold. We were speechless. Whatever microwave you are using, just throw it out. And don't label HOT dessert and serve it cold. $22 for disappointment. Should have ordered cold dessert and not be disappointed. Want the real deal? Go to the one in First Markham Place by the same name. Day and night.

I am scared for my bank account because this is officially my new favourite dessert place in Hamilton. Everything is so so good and refreshing and cold and perfect amount of sweet. Thank you guys so much you literally lift my spirits with your amazing yummy things I love this place

Favourite for years, especially during COVID, using doordash, uber etc, we finally made it to the store for the first time. Amazing bubble teas, crazy selection and infinite options. Best in town, all others are imitations.

The drink was ok. The lady there needs a little work on customer service tho ?
Wasn't so friendly when i ordered... A little short in temper... Also.. when i sat down to stay, she put the music soooooo loud... But when other people coming in....lowered down the music to a better level.... Not sure if she's having a bad day.. but it's safe to say I will not be coming back

This place was cute , i have got two mango desserts . The taste was fine . Can visit once , the mango ice cream topping so good . I wish they sell that mango ice cream separately.

I usually ordered Milk Foam Matcha Frappe but today I am not happy with my order. It tastes so creamy before but now i don't know what’s going on. I just need to finish it so the money will not be wasted. Im so disappointed. 6:40PM April 27.

Dessert was okay but they only take cash and debit card, which is not convenience.

I came here on a very hot and sunny day and ordered red bean chewy ball and mango chewy ball. upon entering at 6:26pm we were greeted with a rude employee who was on their phone with headphones in. no one else was in the store and the tables were dirty and sticky with bowls on them still. when we went to order they rudely said “what?!” with an aloof attitude and appeared to be bothered by the fact we were in there and also let out a big sigh. after we sat down we got food after 10 minutes and she gave us spoons that were VERY clearly dirty and sticky with residue on them just at first glance. we asked for new spoons and she did not apologize and she grabbed the spoons out of our hands quite aggressively. instead of giving us metal spoons for our dine in order after that, she proceeded to grab flat wooden spoons that couldn’t hold anything in them and just put them down on the dirty counter - didn’t even hand it to us or place it on a napkin. this visit was very unpleasant and displeasing, the staff need to be trained better to treat customers with basic respect.

Great place for refreshing mango and coconut desserts. Definitely my go-to place after any meal around downtown’s Hamilton. Been there multiple times and have always been pleased with the food. I usually get the mango and coconut mix desserts, mango cake or mochi. Would literally love to try everything here!

They missed 2 mango pancake in my order. Rather than telling me they don't have mango pancake, they just not putting the pancakes in my order and hoping I wouldn't notice it. I would never order from them again for a company that tricks their customers

Every time I order your mango pancake, it never comes back. If you don't put it on the menu, why would you open a store if you are too lazy to even restock it? I didn’t even know about the notification, so I just kept silent and didn’t put the pancake in the take-out box. Do you want to get away with it? You think the customer is a fool, right? A salted crispy chicken and a dessert cost 50. Dogs won't even eat it if they cheat money from junk shops.
