Really delicious food My daughter loved the Mac and cheese with bacon And the chicken pad thai was delicious
We also had the coconut snow ball desert was was also delicious and a great way to end the meal.
The chef spoke with us to ask how the meal was and she said everything is homemade and only cooked when ordered and you could definitely tell because it was all excellent home cooked food that you can tell was made with passion and love.

I haven't been here in sometime but remembered I never gave my favorite restaurant in all of Hamilton the review it deserved! This place is the greatest and the owner is a total sweetheart, it's such a friendly and gentle place with truly spectacular food and I hope to visit it again in the near future! If you are in the area I highly recommend it!

We stopped at the Hungry Traveler for breakfast today. What a little gem of a place hidden inside the Visitor’s Inn Hotel on Main West. We were served by Nadia and spent some time chatting with her. She takes great pride in the food and service provided and it showed. The food was fresh, well made and the service was definitely with a smile! Breakfast ends at 10:30 am but it’s worth getting up for!

Stopped for breakfast as there appeared to be good reviews. The women working complained when we asked to sit at a booth, insisting that we sit at a table for two and going further to explain that they would have to clean the 'entire' booth if we sat there. This didn't make much sense as there was not 1 other customer in the restaurant and they were just standing there chatting. We ended up walking out without ordering. Menu was very small, not many options. It was also a bit on the pricier side for such basic options (there are better breakfast spots in Hamilton with more options for the same cost or less, such us Steve's Open Kitchen or 541 Eatery).

Breakfast food was ok. Husbands bacon was totally overcooked Weird seasoning in the home fries. Not really advertised on the menu. Breakfast came with toast. But no jam or peanut butter offered Coffee was good and hot. Service was prompt.
In town for the night and decided to try the restaurant attached to the hotel. Wow! The mother daughter duo are such a delight! We absolutely loved our brushetta to start, mac n cheese with bacon and burger and poutine. We had lovely conversation and most certainly will be back. To add, the portions are great, food is fresh, and the decor and atmosphere is so on point. Thanks for an amazing dinner ladies ? ❤️

We stopped in for a quick take out. I'm just sorry we couldn't stay longer. We ordered fries and gravy and they were outstanding! Perfect fries. Perfect. Delicious gravy. Extremely kind staff and lovely decor. We will return next time we are in Hamilton. Highly recommend.
