Had the worst experience here the other day. I ordered what I typically would order at the Hutch's on the beach...1 piece, chips, gravy on the side with fountain drink. It was almost $10 more at this location which is ludicrous. Now I'll pay extra for quality anyday....but it was the worst fish and chips. Fish was tiny and overcooked. The chips were decent but it was such a tiny portion by comparison to the beach. This cannot be the same owner ?!? It was an embarrassment, actually. The service was terrible...the counter girl actually got into an altercation with a customer who questioned the price ...the same girl actually asked my friend and I to leave so she could finish "cleaning up" and it was only 7:50 pm. The website had the hrs advertising closing at 9pm.
Would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy and won't go back.
Shame on you.
No pictures....I was disgusted and most went to the trash. Waste of time and money and calories. (My friend made it worth it because I hadn't seen her in awhile)

After getting an attitude the last visit and spending over $50 on fish and chips for me my girlfriend. I am taking a stand between the bums that are camped out front and the attitude you get from the staff here. This place is not worth coming to anymore

The food has been great here since I was a kid, and the ice cream selection is pretty awesome. Today, though, the girl behind the counter, Jordyn, REALLY went above and beyond for me. I scuffed my knee pretty bad on the way here from Bayfront park, and she helped me get it all patched up. She was super understanding and kind and I sincerely appreciated her help. 10/10 will be back (:

A broken waffle cone and cookies and cream ice cream with chunks of ice and some other ice cream mixed in, is not what I’d expect from this Hamilton staple. You guys are better than that.

So bad i couldnt even finish eating it. 23$ for a pile of crap. Im always grateful for meals etc but spending hard earned money here and pumping it up to my fiance and then being served this trash was disappointing. Do not waste ur time and money here. It is also messy and gross.

What happened to you guys?? You were our go to and now your food is greasy overpriced and you hire weekend workers that are lazy and would prefer to talk to eachother versus helping a customer.
