The fish was half the size it normally is. Asked for a large coleslaw & got a portion cup. Fries were small crunchy pieces . This is not the meal we normally get. Yes today was a holiday, but that doesn't mean that my meal should be less because you don't want to be at work.

Went in for fries with my wife, apparently it’s $7.50 for a size of a small at the original Hutches. Got the order of fries and the box was not even filled half way. Beyond ridiculous, if you want Hutches, goto the one on the beach.

I find it very pricey the food was terrible I won't be returning. Hotdog tasted like it was recook over french fries were all to small onion rings weren't bad. It use to be really good

I don’t often write negative restaurant reviews, but this visit was disappointing enough to warrant one.
The moment we walked in, it felt like the restaurant hadn’t been updated in years. We kept an open mind, hoping the food might make up for the tired atmosphere — but unfortunately, it didn’t.
I ordered a cheeseburger, which was overwhelmed by raw onions and served on a bun that seemed stale and possibly previously frozen. My wife’s sausage came with an equally heavy dose of raw onion, which didn’t add anything positive to the dish.
The fries were cold and rubbery, likely reheated and left sitting. Our son’s fish and chips were a bit better — he said the fish was “okay” — but it still wasn’t enough to redeem the meal.
In the end, most of the food went uneaten, and we left hungry. It’s been years since our last visit to Hutches, and sadly, the quality has clearly declined. We won’t be returning to this location or the beach one.

I just remembered how traumatic and dehumanising the service here was when I went here in 2019.
I was only 11, and my dad brought me here to get ice cream, and when I was asked for my name for my order, I used my real name, and while they were making the order I heard them making fun of it. It made me cry. It was during the time when a lot of things were going on in my life that I prefer not to talk about, and this does not help.
I know it's late to make this review, but I can't let this slide any longer. I do not wish to go here again.

Great Experience today , Dec.18/24. I Ordered a Hot Dog and Fries for Take Out. Both were Delicious. Great Staff taking orders , she was Amazing .
ordered chicken fingers and fries with gravy ans small fries for my grandson ,,,everything was over cooked and hard to eat ,,very disappointed maybe cook things alittle less

Had the worst experience here the other day. I ordered what I typically would order at the Hutch's on the beach...1 piece, chips, gravy on the side with fountain drink. It was almost $10 more at this location which is ludicrous. Now I'll pay extra for quality anyday....but it was the worst fish and chips. Fish was tiny and overcooked. The chips were decent but it was such a tiny portion by comparison to the beach. This cannot be the same owner ?!? It was an embarrassment, actually. The service was terrible...the counter girl actually got into an altercation with a customer who questioned the price ...the same girl actually asked my friend and I to leave so she could finish "cleaning up" and it was only 7:50 pm. The website had the hrs advertising closing at 9pm.
Would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy and won't go back.
Shame on you.
No pictures....I was disgusted and most went to the trash. Waste of time and money and calories. (My friend made it worth it because I hadn't seen her in awhile)
