Manager is horrible if you tip the day your there the people working don't get it Manager takes it holds on to it the later on in the year gives it out to the employees but not equal one person can get 40 the other 140 all depends on the Manager I think the day they work at the tips give that day get divided up with the employees working that day

Was a huge fan of this place the last 2 times I went first I ordered a large fries to go they gave me the little crumbs and a couple fries I was like ok I’ll give it another shot I’m sitting here writing this the fries are cold gravy had no taste I won’t be here any more

Went in to have a drink and food and there was nobody with their smart serve working, so we walked out, which means that's business lost, there should ALWAYS be at least 1 person with their smart serve working if you serve alcohol

I always regret coming to this location over Van Wagners. No one else was in the restaurant when I ordered a hot dog, burger and a small fries. After 20mins, asked about the delay and was told they were waiting on the hotdog. Finally got the order after 30mins and both the fries and the burger were ice cold. They’d clearly been sitting the 20mins until the hotdog was ready. It’s beyond me why a hotdog takes 30mins, but whatever. Got a new burger and fries after waiting a couple more minutes. Fries were half hot and half cold, and the burger again was ice cold. Just sucked it up and ate it. Absolutely the last time here. What a joke.

Will never spend money here again. It pains me to leave a negative review as I make a point to use this feature to only leave positive comments but this is absolutely necessary.It is Good Friday and I placed an order with this location over the phone with an estimated pick up time of 20 minutes (call placed at 6:50), and was told my order would be ready. Upon arrival I paid after waiting for some time in line while the manager had some sort of personal discussion with another customer, fine. I walk up to pay for order and get no greeting or words from her whatsoever. She wrote down my order, takes my money and gives me no guidance so naturally waited with the other customers. Order was paid at 7:15. At 7:50 I hear employees speaking between themselves and mentioning my name without ever calling the order, there were issues with confirmation of payment, they couldn’t figure out which order was mine and would not allow me to pay the difference without checking my DEBIT CARD STATEMENT to confirm the order that I had paid for 30 mins prior (50 mins now from time of order placed). After one had spoken with their ignorant manager who was outside, I was given my order (was supposed to be a large coleslaw and large fish and chips). When I got home, thankfully I live DT Hamilton, I opened the bag and box to discover a SMALL coleslaw and NO FISH. Feel free to laugh because I certainly chuckled to myself in this moment. You can bet your last dollar that I absolutely went back because I paid good $$ lol. When I explained what happened, they placed 2 fillets on top of the cold chips I had just handed them, threw in a large coleslaw that I was then asked to PAY FOR because they claim I was charged for a small. It’s now 8:10pm by the way.My last note will be this customer service and experience was an absolute JOKE and you are better off trekking across town to the Van Wagners location or just buying a bloody fish filet. Thank you for reading and I hope this post will save someone else the headache and time waste of spending your hard earned money at such a dump.
First time in here. Not impressed. Mid afternoon so I was the only one in here. Ordered onion rings and Ceasar salad. Rings were not really burnt, but very close to it. Very dry and hard. Ceasars salad looked really good at first glance,,, except for the imitation bacon bits.. This is a sin on a ceasar salad, bar none. The lettuce was bitter . Never had a bitter ceasar salad before. All in all.. quite the flop. Next time, I'll try Hutches on the beach.

I won’t go back. It’s not what it used to be.. Overpriced for garbage. Got an kiddie cone,small fries and small pop. Ice cream was freezer burnt, I only got about 10 over cooked dry fries for 4.75, And ginger ale that did not taste like ginger ale. Had to repeat my order three times. Total cost was $15. Very disappointing.

This place is gross inside and the staff don’t care about there customers. The girl gave my daughter an EXPIRED orange juice and when I brought it back up to her because it was brown… she took it and put it back in the fridge to give to someone else ….
