Food has been exceptionally good but the problem is they don’t have trained staff who can make the waffles, once we went and ordered the waffles then we had to wait for a guy who was the only one out of 3 knowing how to make waffle, this is the only place in Hamilton where you can find eggless waffles and if you wanna have waffle, you have to confirm first if that boy(who knows how to make it) is available or not, if he’s not available then you can’t get waffle or some other particular food items.

Extremely disappointing. Waiting IN PERSON IN THE STORE FOR 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. And then proceed to take an online order before us which they received after we were already waiting for our order to be taken, and then says we have to wait 45 minutes due to the online order. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever recieved. I do not recommend ever going here.

Absolutely delicious fresh ice cream made in front of you. Love the rasmali ice cream rolls! Always amazing service. Open late cant ask for anymore. The night worker told me to try a falooda and now im hooked. Best service everytime i go.

i asked for a correction of my change, and automatically the lady at the front straight up said 'yk i have camera' like that matters, just give the correct change next time
