Best and most delicious Indian cuisine anywhere!

We have been there a number of times but never wrote a review. Today my husband insisted me to write a one because we went there today as well and it was super busy… the service was okay but the food was extremely tasty. We ordered dal makhni and chana masala and both were really good in taste.

Been there few times. The pulao and biryani was subpar and had too much raw turmeric the last time we visited . I think the reason they have good reviews is becsue there are few choices for Indian food in Dundas AND

The best Indian food on the planet, and I’ve been to quite a few in my life. Dundas (and Ancaster) are so fortunate to have India Village. Fragrant, exotic, and tasty dishes made fresh and to order (see pics.) Takeout has been the way to go for us during the pandemic but it’s even more pleasant to dine in for their attentive service. Well done, India Village Restaurant!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. By far the best Indian food we've ever had (and we've had a lot). Quality ingredients, wonderful service and delicious food.

Delicious flavours! You can so obviously taste the quality in the food!! Kashmiri Plauo rice = OMG! The pastry of the samosas is amazing! Even mild has some spice, so be sure to have milk nearby if you are tame like us, but so worth it!The women who work the front desk are very sweet, they are just quiet, so you have to start the conversation, well worth it! Congratulations ladies on finishing your first round of nursing exams!

On a Saturday night, we assumed to be able to just walk in the Ancaster location and get a table. Nope! All tables reserved. The staff told us to try the Dundas location. We walked in and yet again, all tables reserved! Smaller and intimate location. Ultimately it was a learning lesson to reserve ahead. We ordered take out and it was wonderful. Love love the garlic naan!
