I ordered gyro dinner with salad and rice. The gyro meat was like eating leather. It was very thin sliced and tough , It had been sitting in liquid. The meat looked shaved from the ends. I tried to eat it but was too over cooked and not juicy. The potatoes were over cooked also. I have eaten here. before and was good. The server gave me a chicken kabobs but it was dry and over cooked. I was not happy with the meal or the price.

My experience at this specific location has always been cold and unfriendly. Its usually the staff that have been working there for years that never provide a smile or genuine customer service. There isn't enough training that can teach someone to smile. If you decide to eat here never expect a friendly experience. Out of the other options in the mall this eatery ranks last.

Went here ordered a souvlaki with salad meal and it was such poor quality for 18 dollars.. I feel like they could do better for the quality and price. First of all the pita wasn’t even nicely crisp or hot… and the chicken had a funky smell like bad breath. Taziki tastes like normal cucumber salad dressing from a grocery store . I should have known to go to bourbon instead..: because now I’m not satisfied with my dinner . Never again.

I have been to so many Jimmy the Greek locations. The red hot sauce always tastes the same but this just tasted bitter, full of cumin and possibly masala. Definitely happy I tasted it before I throw it all over my food. Nice customer service seemed difficult for them. I asked for a bit more cheese and was met with a side eye and a reluctant sprinkle more. I didn't mind paying extra. I don't want to go somewhere and spend $21+ dollars for 1 meal and walk away with the feeling of regret because I just gave money to a business that could care less. I will be visiting a different restaurant in the mall in the future. Disappointed.

Food is great but the service is absolutely terrible. I went here on Thurs May 1, 2025 around 2:20pm and tried placing an order. Everytime I told the employee what I wanted in my order she would actually roll her eyes. Then when I asked for dressing on my rice and offered to pay extra for it, she kept refusing then rolled her eyes again. Completely unacceptable behaviour from someone working in a food industry where you make customized orders. Good customer service should be the bare minimum. After coming here for almost 13 years, it’s disheartening to say my family and I won’t be here again. I had to abandon my order as the employee kept refusing to serve me.

I was the regular customer for this location. Today Manager was Indian and she was so rude. She don't even know how to talk with the customers. I asked for extra Tziki and she was so much rude just for this small thing. She don't have manners or ethics to how to talk with customers. She must be terminated by the Management right away if you want your customers to be happy. Unethical behavior, cunning smile and was insulting me just for the same. Management please take some action. Thank you

A few days ago a order a calamari meal i was told to come back and 8 minutes but pay at front so I come back 15 minutes later and they tell me what food 2 different employees I asked for a manager the girl that I paid to came out she obviously knew why I was upset they got busy and forgot my order then she says I will make it now very rude and I said no because you were so unpolite and after waisted my time.e all I want is a Refund but the worst part was she didn't apologize

Jimmy the Greek at Limeridge Mall has the very best delicious ,healthy and tasy food.......all of their dishes are excellent and very affordable for the portions you get. I would encourage many people to eat here. J.
