Grabbed a quick bite this past weekend from this bagel shop and I was very impressed. The cream cheese was so creamy and flavourful. I found the poppy seed bagel a bit too chewy, but to be fair there was about 20 mins left before he closed. Will be visiting again at an earlier time!

Josh's Good Eats is a real treat! I’m still thinking about the bagel loaded with cream cheese, capers, dill, and smoked salmon—absolutely delicious. The quality and flavour make it completely worth it. Great spot for anyone craving something memorable and fresh.

Joshy's is by far the best bagel place I've been to. I prioritize bagels on NYC trips, and I lived in Montreal for almost a decade, right between Fairmount and St. Viateur for optimal bagel access. I didn't think the best bagels would be in Hamilton, but here we are.
The bagels are fabulous, and so is all of the smoked/cured fish. And the cream cheese is awesome, especially the scallion! All of the accoutrements fit perfectly. The beverage selection is on point, the cookies are a great dessert, and you have to get a pickle spear with your order.
On top of everything, Joshy and everyone on staff are so friendly. I haven't been a regular at a lot of places, but I go back to Joshy's frequently and always get a warm welcome and a little chat.
Am I wearing a Joshy's shirt right now while enjoying a holiday lox box? Perhaps... But I'm not affiliated with them at all. I just really really love what they're doing. If you're in Hamilton, you have to go to Joshy's. You have to.

I recently placed a bulk order from Joshy's for a family brunch I was hosting. Communication was prompt and Josh was kind to make suggestions on quantity for the party size. The bagels were so fresh and tasty, do not skimp on the toppings! Everyone loved it and we'll definitely be ordering again soon.
