Visited the Famers' Market site. And it's true, they make a mean cheesecake (any kind, doesn't matter). And a mean fruit tart. And a mean walnut roll. And a mean strudel. All true. But allow me to show some love to the coconut raspberry(?) tart/square, whose name I cannot for the life of me remember, but that absolutely stole the show. Someday we'll reunite and I'll know what to call you.

Karlik Pastry is a must-visit at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market for anyone who loves authentic Ukrainian and Polish pastries! The selection is delicious, and the daily special was very affordable. The staff is attentive, making it a great spot to grab a treat while exploring the market.

Hidden Gem!
The lady in the store stayed opened later when she saw I was interested in purchasing. Thank you again! My daughter and I were so happy.

We purchased two cakes; one full small cake and a slice of a similar style cake in a different design.

They are just fabulous! Definitely better than grocery bakery store bought and priced fairly! You’ll want to catch her during her hours because you’ll be pleasantly pleased.

The flavours all complemented each other perfectly! Nothing too sweet, chocolatey, or dry/ moist. The chocolate outer layer had the perfect break when cut. multiple layers of cake and frosting/ cream! Just fantastic.

Parking on the street or side roads for those driving in.

For locals, it’s nice for us to having something walking distance and THIS tasty!

Found this place by accident this past weekend. The cheesecake is the best I've ever had. They have loads of variety and the service was great. Can't wait to go back and try another flavor.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment in the quality of your Walnut Sponge Cake Roll. I purchased a slice today at Denningers and it was the worst slice of cake I’ve ever purchased, ate only half and complained and nothing was done, took home for my husband to try and he said it was disgusting and couldn’t believe they charged 3.99 for this!!! We threw it out!!
The box it was sold in said it was packaged on today’s date, but there is no way it was fresh!! So buyer beware!!! She told me well it was made last week and you are selling it with today’s date!! That is false information and deceitful to customers!! Will never buy any pastries from Karlik or Denninger’s!! So buyers beware and warned!!! Very sad by my experience today!!!!

I used to like all these cakes but for the past few months they told us that they froze all those cakes!!!!😱 seriously, all we ask for was frozen!!! Never in my lifetime I had something like this happen to have FROZEN cakes in a bakery!!!!

Everything I bought was delicious. Highly recommend. Best cakes and pastries in Hamilton.

We stopped by here to check out the offerings. Everything looked so delicious and the lady serving these amazing pastries was so nice and interesting to talk to. We ended up buying a TON of pastries and they were SO DELICIOUS! If you haven’t tried her pastries, you’re for real missing out. Also take the time to converse with this wonderful Polish woman. She’s amazing and you might learn something interesting. 10/10 recommend!

I googled to find this place boosted the best cheese cake not even close and the service was horrible lady at cash was not welcoming at all. And refused to cut me a slice of cheese cake made me buy enough for 3 people
