Karlik Pastry - Ontario's Best Cheesecakes

My partner and I stopped by for impromptu cake. We were not disappointed! The seven-layer cake was delicious. Will definitely come back another time!

I am writing this review to express my disappointment in the quality of your Walnut Sponge Cake Roll. I purchased a slice today at Denningers and it was the worst slice of cake I’ve ever purchased, ate only half and complained and nothing was done, took home for my husband to try and he said it was disgusting and couldn’t believe they charged 3.99 for this!!! We threw it out!!
The box it was sold in said it was packaged on today’s date, but there is no way it was fresh!! So buyer beware!!! She told me well it was made last week and you are selling it with today’s date!! That is false information and deceitful to customers!! Will never buy any pastries from Karlik or Denninger’s!! So buyers beware and warned!!! Very sad by my experience today!!!!

I used to like all these cakes but for the past few months they told us that they froze all those cakes!!!!😱 seriously, all we ask for was frozen!!! Never in my lifetime I had something like this happen to have FROZEN cakes in a bakery!!!!

Everything I bought was delicious. Highly recommend. Best cakes and pastries in Hamilton.

We stopped by here to check out the offerings. Everything looked so delicious and the lady serving these amazing pastries was so nice and interesting to talk to. We ended up buying a TON of pastries and they were SO DELICIOUS! If you haven’t tried her pastries, you’re for real missing out. Also take the time to converse with this wonderful Polish woman. She’s amazing and you might learn something interesting. 10/10 recommend!

I googled to find this place boosted the best cheese cake not even close and the service was horrible lady at cash was not welcoming at all. And refused to cut me a slice of cheese cake made me buy enough for 3 people

We purchased a cake for a baptism and it was so good!! Everyone enjoyed it. The icing is so creamy and not too sweet. It was perfect. We will definitely be getting our cakes from them again.

Best baked goods we have ever had in Canada. True class of high quality cakes. My wife and I had tasted sweet delights from many parts of the world but could believe that a bakery on Barton St. in Hamilton could outmatch five star restaurants. Don't be fooled by the humble store front. If you know your pastries you will fall in love with Karlic.
