Kelseys Original Roadhouse

I made a reservation for my wife's birthday. She has a broken foot, and wears an aircraft. We got there to see a huge line of people complaining about the wait. After seeing multiple people leave, complaining about waiting an hour, I pushed my way to the front desk and asked if my reservation would be honored. The older blond lady got very indignant, saying they're so short staffed etc. I said it's really a yes or no question, and she suddenly couldn't find my reservation. So I showed her the email confirmation and she lost it. Slammed menus on the little stand and said fine where do you want to sit. I said at a table preferably, she snaps bar or booth, but you're going to wait 2 hours to order. We left. My wife was every disappointed and I was mad as hell. Honor the reservoir at least have the manners to be civil about it.

I had a confirmed reservation on my phone. We stood in line for quite a while and when I finally showed them the photo of the confirmation it wasn't too long before we had a table. After being seated we were totally ignored for most of an hour. No one came near the table until I approached a young lady who said she was a new employee but would get some help for us. A drink order was taken and when she did return we asked that she take our food order. Again we waited 30-40 mins. We were not impressed by the nacho tray (very little cheese). The rest of the food was not bad, then came time to pay and once again we had to go looking for wait staff. Never again will we be back at that location of Kelseys.

Food was enjoyable. Music was a little loud. Bathrooms not very clean. Many seats were ripped-we were told they are aware they need to be redone.

Went to celebrate a birthday. Food was good. But service was lacking. Our server wasn't very pleasant. Or friendly. Maybe she doesn't like her job?! But coming from someone who works at a restaurant myself.....it's important to be friendly to your customers. Maybe smile!

My wife ordered beef fajitas which were great after they reheated the tortillas. I ordered the 10 ounce steak medium rare which was as tough as leather. The only way I could even eat it was to cut it in very small pieces. When I ask for medium rare and get basically a raw steak it was very disappointing. And no I didn't send it back simply because we had a very nice young lady serving us and I didn't want to upset her. But yeah the steak was raw period!

Four of us had dinner, the hostess and waitress were great. Very friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Refills without asking, brought all things to the table she felt we would need in advance of our food. Great menu, something for everyone for sure

Will not be back. Place needs renovation. Furnace not working greeting at the door was horrible. Food was not good at all, waited too long.

Exceptional ambience, tasty food and drinks! Love to visit again.

Honestly the food is decent. I generally get the chicken fingers and kettle chips. The reason for my 1 star review is the poor management.

We went today and waited 24 mins in the lobby before deciding to give up and eat elsewhere. The place had less than 10 tables on the go but there were at least another 10 covered in dirty dishes.

The manager was behind the bar and kept saying he would be with us in a moment but he stayed busy conversing with what appeared to be regular drinkers at the bar.

Otherwise there was 1 waitress who was running table to table and was being very abrupt with the patrons. She came to the lobby 2x (unprompted) to tell us we had to wait and to yell at an Uber Driver who was waiting for a pickup. She told him the kitchen was too busy and no one had even looked at Uber orders.

The manager needs to appropriately staff or close for the day, operating with 1 waitress is not fair to her or the patrons.

Erin was fantastic and brought us our food quickly! She was very friendly and made sure to check in with us to see that we had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning!
