Treating my family to kernels at Xmas has been a tradition for many many years. We travel from out of town just to purchase them. This year as usual, I purchased 9 bags of assorted flavours, over $100 worth. By the next morning on Xmas day, nearly all the bags had split open and refused to stay shut, creating a mess. I’m not sure if it is a change of ownership but something has changed, and the taste is def not the same. The double butter flavour especially didn’t taste at all like it used to, as though the ingredients were skimped on. Disappointing, and doubtful I will continue the tradition.

Got 4 large bags of popcorn the past couple of weeks. I'm not sure if there's been a change in ownership or what, but the seasoning of popcorn is a whisper of what it once was. 4 large bags of popcorn that tastes almost identical because there's no flavour. What a rip off and an utter disappointment.

Placed an order with Alex, manager of Limeridge Kernels Popcorn location, for our Baby Shower for 30 bags. Delicious flavor of Butter Salt. All was organized, and Popcorn was fresh! Do Recommend!!

My favorite Kernels store. I now live in one of most remote areas in Canada, and this is the only Kernels shop that I found that'll ship to me. I have nothing to complain a out when it comes to their services, especially when they're going the extra mile to ship to me.

Your staff member was incredibly rude to another stores staff. She was “on break” so she expected her order to be expedited. I was also on break and waited like the 40 people before her. she was so disrespectful to us, the staff and your business for wearing her uniform while doing it. On top of it she didn’t tip them for their kindness. She represents your company and if that’s the environment you provide then shame on you.

Bought 2 bags for the first time yesterday and will not buy it again. It was mostly crumbles as opposed to popped kernels and the worst part was, it tasted burnt! I bought 2 different flavours so it’s not like I just got a “bad batch” because each flavour is kept in its own bin. Super disappointed and will not go back!

They sell this garbage to my kids' school two buck a bag. It's straight up crumbs. Every time baby!

So I ordered a large party bag, when I got there they had two students working which is fine. I get it, but seems one of them desperately needs guidance. Not only did I lay more then I normally do but as I wanted the girl making the popcorn in the back, she was literally grabbing pieces of popcorn one after another straight from the freshly popped popcorn with her bare gross hands. So now the popcorn is contaminated with her saliva because she she wasn’t washing her hand and probably does all day.

Bought two medium bags of butter salt today , first time in several years , for a special treat . We live closeby and used to buy Kernels all the time . What a letdown. The kernels are a lot smaller , not fluffy like it should be and just not very good . We wont be finishing it and will not buy their popcorn again . Very disappointing.

I love kernels but I’ll probably just get popcorn from the theatre from now on. I went Saturday night to around 8pm, the malls hours are extended so it’s not close to closing. The blonde girl working the counter acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to put popcorn in a bag. Literally glaring at me, a few people left not wanting to deal with her. She needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training. THE WORST service.

Bought 2 medium bags of popcorn yesterday. My bag of cheesy dill was 95 % of broken small pieces and kernels. Hence the name I guess ?
