Been there 3 times .. all bad .. went to another location .. same thing .. Absolutly no quality control .
KFC used to be good .. any location .. those days are long gone .

Worst experience ever. I placed or order online at 3pm for pickup at 545pm. I had made arrangements with guests showing up at my house. When i went to pickup at 555pm. They said they dont even have my order. Took them 10 mins to find my order then they said i need to wait 20 to 25 mins. I was like how. Worst experience. I would never go back because of this.

I had a really bad experience at KFC today. The chicken was very weak and tasted like it was cooked in bad oil. It definitely wasn't freshly cooked; it seemed like it was just refried. I feel like I wasted my money.

Put an order in at 630 pm it is now 945 and no food. When trying to call they did not answer one phone call. When we called the other number KFC gave us they told us we need to wait as they are to busy. I ended up having to make my family dinner as they need to go to bed. I will be requesting my money back and never placing an order here again and I advise whoever maybe interested stay away.

ordered two large popcorn chicken from here jan/21/25, the bag wasn't sealed properly, and the boxes of popcorn chicken were in the bag sideways, so a bunch of the popcorn fell out into the bag, also 2 of my dips were missing from my order.

Hamilton Parkdale lovationThis KFC was recently renovated, but don't let the updated look fool you. The food was always hit or miss at this location, ordered tonight now that the location has reopened after the renovations and it seems even worse than before. Popcorn snack meal was missing the dipping sauce. The 3 piece meal was missing the drink, had white meat even though dark was requested, the chicken was so overcooked that the seasoning and skin was inedible and the french fries had some kind of sweet seasoning on them that we have never tasted before. The big crunch meal was also missing the drink, sked for extra lettuce and mayo which I did not get, poutine had cold gravy, the cheese was not melted at all. There does not seem to be a way to report missing items on the KFC app so I called the store and was told they were too busy and would look into the missing items.

I placed an order at KFC through SkipTheDishes, and for the second time, the order was canceled just 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery. This has now happened twice, and each time, no reason was given for the cancellation. I find this experience with KFC on Parkdale in Hamilton, Ontario, to be highly unprofessional. I cannot recommend this location due to the lack of communication and poor customer -5 stars for service

Trying to buy ! Chicken here on Fridays.
You are in for a long wait!!.
This place needs ! More ! Help !! Specially! On that day!..Friday. They need to be more efficient. With the custumers! And ask them if they need ketchup and napkins.
At least!! Custumers are buying ! Not! Begging anything for Free,!!.

I was really disappointed with my meal. The chicken legs and popcorn chicken were soggy, and the fries were cold and stale. I won’t be coming back. Better to buy from Texas chicken or Popeyes. Prices are so high here but the food quality is bad. Not worth at all…..The sauce was also missing from them????

Ordered $60 worth of food through Uber and did not receive all of our items. Food quality was terrible, chicken and fries were cold, soggy and chewy. Not worth the money, I called the manager at the store to explain my experience once I realized I did not receive all my items and he said he can’t do anything to help, too bad and call Uber. I will never return and tell everyone to avoid this place.
