This is a Older KFC. It needs a Makeover Bad. Went in to get the Tuesday Special Chicken Tenders . They Were So Small that the 2 Tenders should have been counted as 1 . When You go into order it is Small and Cramped. The Staff is the Only 5 STAR I would give This KFC.

I have not been to the Parkdale KFC in a while I went there to order a combo very poor customer service the server act like he was slow. He was getting a Pepsi from the Pepsi machine never gave me ice. I’m watching him and he’s touching his private parts while he’s getting my drink, I asked him to get me another drink and he did the same thing again I confront him I will not go back there again. That place has changed big time. I confronted the supervisor he didn’t have very much to say worst KFC ever the food was not fresh, and I had a sick feeling waiting for my food the place was dirty Never again

I spent $58 planning on having a nice birthday dinner for my mom. I had it delivered and took an hour + to arrive. The chicken was dripping in grease, the fries were cold, the gravy was very runny, the coleslaw had no flavour. I’ve never been so disappointed.

Food was good. Cashier didn't pay attention. Forgot a dinner comes with fries and gave me macaroni salad instead of coleslaw. When we try back for fries, no apology just a stunned look. Need better training or cashier

My son wanted this for his birthday meal. I can't believe the waste of money. 14 pieces of chicken and 4 of them where wings. Other pieces so small. The chicken was super dry and overcooked. Yet not crispy like it sat for hours. At 6pm. you would expect fresh food. For $60 after tax you would expect BETTER! Do not waste your money. Go somewhere better. $60 in groceries is a better choice. Let this chain go out of business like others do when they choose cheap cost cutting, and less hiring. The person who takes money also prepares the food. I have a photo. But can't post it. ?

They were fast and very kind. They were also busy considering it is Tuesday, they forgot only just two tenders and in return gave me double. They were out of dipping sauces and instead gave me gravy which most locations wouldnt allow. They were so generous and apologetic, this is my fiancé’ favourite location and now I understand why!!Thank you
Whenever I order on the app they’re never ready 10-15 min later. Why even pre-order. Fried chicken is usually extra greasy here compared to other KFCs I’ve tried.

KFC isn't the same anymore. Food quality is getting worse and it's little wonder that the stores look the way they do. Overall any KFC you go to today, it feels as if they are on the last legs, choking themselves numb - numb to customers, numb to quality...numb to its history. Gimmicky menu items are not a strategy. When your original recipes are so muddled why bother making new ones!
