I went here last night and the guy and the counter was flirting with a lady twice his age while people in the store were waiting for the food. I waiting for 15 minutes for my food and it still wasn't ready. I drove all the way to stoney creek for better service. Hire people who actually do something

I made the mistake of pre-ordering a meal (the big box-4 pieces with popcorn chicken and fries) on Black Friday. When I got to the location it seemed a little busy but not too bad so I added in a small popcorn chicken to my order. The girl said they were a behind but it shouldn’t be too long. It was almost an hour and that’s because I went up and insisted they made mine next. People inside had been waiting almost an hour as well. People had ordered online for delivery 2 hours prior and they were coming to the store to figure out where their food was. Maybe don’t advertise BOGO buckets and then have 2 people working.. because that was a ridiculous wait for a few pieces of chicken. And when I finally did get the meal, the fries were cold and gross. We used to go to this location all the time, I don’t know what’s happened but that was the last visit I ever plan to make here again. The girl at the front was very overwhelmed and did her best however.

This location is in a busy shopping area but never seems prepared. I waited more than 5 minutes at the front to have my order taken, then was told it would be 15 minutes for chicken. The place was empty…don’t go here for a quick lunch.

Waited 40 min for my mobile pick up despite a 15-25 estimate, they were out of chicken the night before too so clearly this just isnt a well managed kfc. In comparison, the august 8 usually gets done a massive chicken and rice bowl in 15 min for my mobile orders. That being said the chicken slapped once i was done waiting so idk

If you like waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for the slowest service of your life go here. You serve chicken it's dinner time how are you not ready. Every time I go here I'm reminded why I don't. Last time I just turned around and left and I should never of come back. This company is dead to me now. Popeyes or church chicken is better.

My wife placed an online order which was paid for only to go to this location for pick-up to have not one of the three employees there servicing the counter. My wife waited 10 min for them to tell her “ohhh we don’t have any more chicken” ……..online order was already paid for! Terrible service and to be honest the quality of the food if it was anything like the previous time to this is terrible too. I will never order kfc again!!

very slow, last time I ordered from here took a little over an hour just for 12 pieces.
I've visited this store twice recently around 8 PM, and both times were disappointing. On my first visit, I was informed they were out of lettuce, which is surprising for a store that should be stocked until closing. During my next visit, they didn't have fries. It’s frustrating to encounter a lack of basic items repeatedly, especially at a time when people are still looking to grab a meal. I hope they improve their inventory management to prevent this from happening in the future.

Placed an online order for just some chicken and french fries and had to wait over 45 minutes. I understand that things get busy but uberEats orders, drivethrus and walk in orders were all prepared and served before mine was. Staff just seemed confused the entire time about whose order was whose.
