This is actually a really nice KFC! Chicken was fresh and delicious, my entire family loves the fries and gravy, I'm a fan and have been since I was a kid. Still the kings of fried chicken!

Don't even want to provide 1 rating. We went for dine in and we had very very bad experience. 1) we ordered via kiosk and waited long time to get our food. There were only two people working and definitely orders are huge during weekends. Definitely whoever is owning this place is exploiting his customers as well as employees. Can't understand why they didn't put more people. 2) AC was not working and didn't get any response why. Not sure why they didn't take care of the maintenance in proper way. We will not be there any more for sure.

I recently visited KFC for lunch and was pretty disappointed with the experience. To start, I didn't like that they only had self-serve kiosks; I prefer ordering with a cashier. The kiosk couldn't even print my receipt. Since it was lunchtime, I was already pressed for time, and to make matters worse, I waited 20 minutes for my order. The restaurant was also uncomfortably hot. I wish someone had warned me about the long wait. Plus, I couldn't use the bathroom because the kitchen door was blocking it. And the wrap I ordered tasted old and stale and the Pepsi was also gross tasting. Overall, it wasn't a great visit.
I've ordered a ton of times from this place and it always seems to piss me off. Especially on delivery, it doesn't arrive close to the estimated time, sometimes, it doesn't ever arrive and it pisses me off so much.

AC is busted. Which would be fine if you are in and out. But considering the kiosks are fickle and if the card reader runs out of paper your order just won't go through you won't just be in and out. Waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes before someone comes out to confirm what I ordered only to be told nothing went through even though I had paid already. And even after 25 minutes they still didn't have my item ready. It was only after I asked where the food was did they tell me. The place is a joke and just go to literally any other KFC.
