I haven't been to a KFC in 20 years, so I decided to give them another try since they switched to halal chicken. The food was good and exactly how I remembered it. I hated the order kiosk I had to use because no one was available to serve me at the counter. I had questions and wanted suggestions. I ended up ordering a family meal and taking it home.

Waited 40 min for my mobile pick up despite a 15-25 estimate, they were out of chicken the night before too so clearly this just isnt a well managed kfc. In comparison, the august 8 usually gets done a massive chicken and rice bowl in 15 min for my mobile orders. That being said the chicken slapped once i was done waiting so idk

Ordered online, but still had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. They are understaffed with no one working at the register. I recommend the popcorn chicken, was very delicious!
