Last night dec 30th i got food from here. We were so hungry and instead of mc d we decided to with KFC but these guys are totally disappointed us. Food was really cold. Like everything was cold. Fries , chicken, burgers everything.
I did mobile pickup under the name vikki. If you guys wanna double check you can.. But this is not good guys.. we have to reach somewhere at that time otherwise you guys got this complain at night.

ordered online at 5:45pm. app says food will be ready by 6:05pm. Got there at 6:10pm. . no one at front counter until i yelled out in frustration. anyways... got my food 6:40pm. and fries were so undercooked i threw them out.

Poor service, won’t shovel drive way, non-challant at attitude of staff, won’t go here again
This location is the worst by far. When you order by phone you are told it will be ready in 40 minutes. When you go to pick up after 40 minutes the order is not ready. They do not even start your order until you have waited in line for 10 minutes and tell them your are picking up your order. Therefore you need to wait another 40 minutes to get your order. This location needs new management and English speaking staff.

Absolutely the worst experience wrong food can't communicate with staff will never order from kfc gage and fennel
The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. Hopefully you get everything in your order because if you call and tell them they didn’t put something in the bag they will argue with you and tell you “no I put it in” and not even try to rectify the situation. The MANAGER even argued with me on the phone. Waste of time and waste of money. DONT GO!!!

If I could give a negative review I would. 3x within 90 days I have ordered ahead of time nearly 30-45 minutes before I show up. On all 3 occasions at 6:30-7pm on weekdays they do NOT have chicken. There are 5-10 people at the counter who have already been wating 15/20/30 minutes+. Told the chicken will take 30 minutes before its ready, whatever fine. I try to cancel my order that I prepaid for and I'm told they can't because the manager isn't in. So I'm out the order money, with no food because I don't feel like waiting in the restaurant for a THIRD time to the tune of 3 hours of waiting. I am done with this location, complete incompetence, I don't normally review, I am normally a patient person. The third time? Seriously? Never ordering from this location again. Waste of time.

Just ordered the bogo special, never again will i order this special. They using different chicken than normal for this special %100! I can't tell what piece I'm eating until I bite into and get through the extra coating lol. Never again lol

Just giving 1 star because it doesn't allow to rate negative. There should be something like red stars for customer service like this restaurant provide. I won't say much about wait time because they were busy but they have serious attitude problem. If you would ask about wait time.. they would say you can see we are not standing up here. This is pathetic pathetic behaviour. I won't say don't go there because thats what the people who work there want. Good luck with waiting time and service you gonna get there. Welcome to KFC upper gage, pay and get your lesson.

I have been to this location on many occasions and never have experienced such unprofessional management on the afternoon shift specially.
Firstly, I went through drive thru for a meal and the total was 12.36. I had given the management at drive thru a $5 bill, two loonies and one toonie as well as 4 quarters (equalling $1) for a total of $10.
I began to give her the remaining $2.35 in dimes and I was told that it was “very disrespectful to give this much change and that it was ILLEGAL all across Canada.”
Never in my years have I heard of this law but was further told to “look it up” and that the remaining transaction of $2.35 would need to be done in store.
As I proceeded to do so, the manager was still claiming that it cannot be done as she only has “two hands and is just ONE person.” I further apologized acknowledging that i understood the annoyance BUT that is what the job entails as a whole; providing customer service and collecting customer money. When asked why she lied about this made up law, she still continued to argue and claim that it’s always been that way and that she does not care.”
The afternoon manger STILL proceeded to argue, allowing myself as well as other customers to wait instead of counting the $2.35 in change. In the end she stated “I do not care and I am only human with two hands and DON’T have to count your change at the window as I have MY DRIVE THRU TIMES.”
So in short, there is NO “law” pertaining to using change in order to pay for food through drive thrus at any KFC locations or other fast food establishments for that matter. So being lied to in order to maintain drive thru times and to avoid counting change as it was said to be “disrespectful” is insane ESPECIALLY over $2.35.
As a person who has worked in multiple customer service positions including fast food service, I have never denied counting change that a customer has given in order to pay for their meal. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received over a 12.35 order for food. Instead of de-escalating the situation and doing what their job requires of them, I was lied to instead in order to preserve the drive thru times and make their job easier.
Unfortunately as a customer, everyone should be aware of the afternoon manager as she is NOT qualified for that position in anyway. Further action will be taken and head office has been informed as this is not right in anyway.
As for the other employees on the afternoon shift, they were very nice and helpful during this encounter which goes to show that the wrong person is being left in charge to deal with customer concerns or customers in general. Upper management should closely review this individual as they are not fit for this job in anyway.

Fries are always fresh and on point. No delays. All orders served hot and nice .The ambience of this location is awesome.There has never been any offensive raw smells,only the real kfc chicken freshness fills the air.

The young lady that served me definitely wasn't a people person, no smile or personality, average height,thin build, did not smile, barely got the words out, her english was terrible. Food is ok, they finally got the pepsi jet replaced/fixed. I try to avoid this location but it's close to home.
