Horrible experience today. Placed an online order only to pick up and get home to nothing i ordered. The box with chicken had a whole layer of grease at the bottom. They missed the popcorn chicken in both orders, missed my sandwich completely. 2nd time its happen to me in the last 2 weeks. Pay attention when doing orders!!!

We decided to treat ourselves to a night out, something we don't do often since we usually prefer home-cooked meals. The kids were craving KFC, so we decided to give it a try. In the past, we would visit the location on Upper James for these treat nights, but the last few times, the chicken wasn’t fresh, and while that was disappointing, the bigger issue for us was the customer service. It just didn’t feel welcoming, and we almost felt like we were being inconvenienced.
However, we decided to give the Upper Paradise location a try, and let me tell you, it was an entirely different experience. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in, and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to our picky kids, which is why we often avoid eating out. The restaurant was spotless, the chicken was fresh, and the service was top-notch.
A special shout-out to Kneethu, who we believe is a manager (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), for checking in with us after we finished our meal. She asked how we enjoyed our dinner, which added a really personal touch to the service. It’s rare to find this level of care these days, and it truly made our visit special.
To anyone reading this review, I highly recommend trying the KFC on Upper Paradise & Mohawk. The fresh, hot chicken, the friendly service, and the attention to customer satisfaction make it stand out. Thank you to the team for making our experience so enjoyable! Keep up the great work!

My favourite KFC in the city!! The food has downgraded over the past decade or so, but that isn't a fault of this location. It's more so an issue with the chain and corporate. Great little cutesy place to get a quick meal from.

Had to wait 5 minutes to be served, finally used the kiosk only to be then told 15 minutes for chicken. The service has not been great here in awhile. Go somewhere else.
I ask for gravy they repeat it back I get no gravy everytime I go here they don't put something in one time mo fries with chicken combo seriously annoyed and it's constant

They insult you with subpar offers to correct the order.60+ minutes late,Poor quality food when it did arriveLess than acceptable customer service.Won't offer a monetary refund. Some of the staff is nice, but other than that I just can't buy anything from here again. It's gone down hill so bad in the last couple of years. Today was our last chance with them. We got a family feast meal, but asked for all 6 peices to be only chicken breasts.cost us an extra 20.00 because we requested breasts. Popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, fries and coleslaw. Almost 60 after all that and they didn't give any dipping sauces for anything and we paid extra for extra 6 sauces. Got zero. The chicken was dripping in grease and the skin just was so soaked in it,it fell off and the chicken was under cooked. The tenders the same.the fries were soggy and gross. They seem like they are not cleaning the fryers anymore. Took forever for them to cook it too but half of it wasn't cooked. I'm done with this location. Like it's so gross. Pics at the bottom and you can clearly see my fingers dripping in the oil from picking up one of the pieces.

Twonnies tuesday love the deal it make expend cheaper went I crave for KFC and eat it with my little sister and drink Pepsi and order 10 pieces buckets to take home for later I give you guys a five star rating because it fair on tuesday you guys should have twonnies tuesday more of the day of the week
