Service was excellent, staff was very friendly however when I got home and started eating a few pieces were undercooked. Hoping no one gets sick from it. Restaurant needs to be more careful with cooking chicken.

Wow. Absolutley terrible. The staff was polite enough, to save us waiting 15 minutes for four pieces of chicken in a bucket, they offered us 4 chicken tenders instead.'to save us the wait 'we still waited 14 minutes for some soggy, nasty, microwaved crap. Very very disappointed. We will not use the upper paradise and mohawk, westcliff mall location ever again. So disappointed

The location on Mohawk and Ottawa is absolutely ridiculous. 45min wait for just 2 combos. The lady in front of me canceled her order at the 30min mark and yelled at the staff. Portion size was so bloody small on top of the 45min wait AND OVERPRICED! I got 1, 4 piece combo and a zinger sandwich and that is 30dollars? WTH happened to this place? Ive been eating from KFC for 40yrs and I have never remembered it being this bad on all fronts. Hopefully its just this location. Next time I order KFC I will try from a different location.

If I could send the girl that works there back to a home country I would. Because I know when I show up at 10:05 PM and you finally deal with me at 10:24 PM and say we’re closing in six minutes went online. It says you close at 11 PM. You can’t make food. It’s disgusting that you wasted a half an hour of my time to say you can’t cook my food. When online it closes at 11
I’ve been coming to this KFC for a long time, and I’ve never encountered such terrible staff. I tried to place my order several times, but she ignored me and skipped straight to the next customer. On top of that, her English was so poor that she couldn’t understand what I was saying. She was also very rude in the way she spoke to me. At the very least, please hire staff who are more qualified to handle professional customer service. I’m never coming back.

Worst meal I have ordered in a long time. The chicken tenders had bones in them. I bought these for my grandson for dinner. Thank god I tried to eat one before giving them to him. The oil also needs to be changed. The chicken is greasy and a dark brown. I will never order from here again.

The chicken in this KFC has gotten consistently worse over the years. Greasy, soggy. I've been tolerating the crap here for the sole reason that it is walkable from my home. But it's time to nail the coffin. Never ever in my life will I eat here again. And oh, the counter service is equally bad as the food. I spent 20 dollars today on a 6 piece chicken meal. Just dumped the food in the trash after a few bites. Then drove 10 km to Church's Texas Chicken at Upper Ottawa Street, and a hearty, delicious chicken meal.

Worst chicken.. Chicken was not well cooked, when we opened the box, the outer covering of chicken had seperated from the chicken and was scattered everywhere and was drippy. Also we could not even figure out what piece of chicken it was.. Some random pieces were just fried sloppily and given.. chicken slider was so bland ad tasted like cardboard.. The brownie was crap.. Will never ever order from this place again 🙏

ordered through the app for pick up, but we changed our minds and decided to cancel when we got to the store. the manager (wearing the red t-shirt) told us they can’t cancel and that we have to call support through the app. tried calling multiple times but the number is always “busy.” we’ve been waiting for almost an hour now for our initial order, and this whole experience has been extremely frustrating and very disappointing. the staff didn’t seem to care or try to offer any kind of help, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. it’s honestly unacceptable to make customers wait this long without any proper assistance or solution. definitely one of the worst experiences we’ve had.
