Visited and the soda fountain wasnt clean i decided to get the orange crush pop and boy i was disappointed all kind of black stuff was mixed inside of it please check your pops inside your cup. Not happy customer

I went to this KFC location at 10pm and was very disappointed with my experience. The chicken was excessively salty, and the coleslaw tasted bitter. The staff was rude and could barely understand English. I told her I wanted fried chicken, and she said, “There’s no fried chicken, we only have Original Recipe.” What the heck? A fried chicken restaurant with no fried chicken? What kind of restaurant is that supposed to be? I also ordered a Coke, and she didn’t give me the drink until I noticed it when I was already far from the restaurant. She didn’t give me a receipt either. Even if she’s from a different culture and doesn’t know much English, she should still be respectful and nice to customers.

I always order and pay for my food thru the game so I pick up and go but every time I’m waiting 10-15 after the time I was emailed to pick up my food. I don’t even get acknowledged.
There’s no customer service. You order from kiosks, which are clunky and hard to navigate, not to mention its KFC so there’s chicken grease on anything other people touch. We dined in and they gave us no napkins, and there’s also no napkins spoons straws etc. available except for behind the counter, where no one works so you have to yell back to the kitchen. Food was not the same quality of KFC I’ve been to in the past, certainly not worth the $32 we spent on two people. No kids menu that I could find in the kiosk. Not sure if it’s this restaurant or the entire chain, but I won’t be returning here. For me the kiosks were so frustrating to use, and without someone working the front counter, that’s the dealbreaker for me.

Wait in and take my order only to tell me I have to pay with my card at the kiosk. Ask to use washroom and I'm told the toilets don't flush.

Service isn't great at all all they care about drive threw 2 people working one drive threw one cooking so what about the people who dine in no one even said he be a few mins just kept serving drive threw I've been in here 30 mins to get fast food this place need more employees one on till at all times and one drive threw one food simple the fact that I had to order from the machine my food when no one was in line sad

This place is terrible with service every time you come here and order anything in drive thru you are asked to pull over and wait for at least 10 minutes sometimes longer I thought this was kfc which is supposed to be fast food like I’m so confused as to why they never have anything readily available for purchase it is sooo annoying and inconvenient you guys need to do better they also have the staff come outside with your food and yell at you and also swear at you at your car after making you wait forever for your food do not come here I was verbally assaulted by the staff here and when I asked for the managers information I was denied the information and talked to rudely by other staff this is so unprofessional I’m disgusted and will be following up with management this is appalling
