I placed an order for pickup in the app to hopefully save time however, it took 48 minutes from when I placed my order until they finally handed me my order. My order was nothing special only a 3pc combo and a sandwich.

i have been on the road for 15 years. in every city there is a kfc. though the food may be delivered in the same truck, there is a distinct difference in preparation. in some cities the fast food is terrible. in others it's good. and sometimes the food is great. matters not what the fast food chain is. i have found that this kfc has the best tasting chicken among the 22 cities and towns i have lived in on my journey throughout ontario. even the french fries get a 5 star. my compliments to management and to the staff.

It was gross! Order 2 zingers and the bread smelled funny
If I could give a -5 star I would… They made me pull back into the parking lot to wait for my food…. Had to go back on the main road to do so. Waited 25 minutes and had to go back in for my food when they forgot. Food was frozen cold had them make it again! Just to top it all off when I got back to my car I was completely blocked in from all the customers they packed in the parking lot to "WAIT FOR THEIR FOOD"

Never ordering food through ubereats, skip or doordash through you guys , some drivers had insulated bags some didn't and you were letting the food go to the drivers with no bags, one of the drivers calls ypu out on it because he states in the bring in bag , ypu obviously don't care that the customer receives cold food. Another thing you make you're own KFC drivers take their bags
