I ordered KFC and it came with a hair on the coleslaw salad lid. Not sure what kind of hair judge for yourself. Absolutely disgusting and the manager was non-responsive. I did get reimbursed for the meal but I will never eat there again. Maybe try using some head coverings or hairnets so you don’t lose customers.

It took 19 minutes to make a $4.99 snack box. Many customers came in and waited 10+ minutes for service before leaving empty handed. The older lady is very sweet although was not working tonight.

I did drive thru from KFC. They took almost 30 mins just to serve 3 cars ahead. Very poor service not sure what they are upto !

Chicken was greasy and undercooked. Luckily I had only ordered the 2 piece dinner. Was going to order a bucket to take home, but after 1 napkin was grease soaked after 1 piece, I passed on that after I threw half of it away. Staff had told me when ordering that they are experimenting with the recipe to make it healthier. Leave the original recipe alone. No utensils supplied with the meal either.

The drive-thru wait times are ridiculous! And then you are served cold chicken with the worst batter I’ve ever had on any ‘fried chicken’ before. Go to popeyes!

Some parts of the chicken seems wet and disgusting. You guys have lost the real kfc recipe. There is no improvement or effort to improve. Please go to Jamaica and buy the real kfc recipe. You can stay a mile and smell jamaican kfc. These canadian kfc is terrible. No imagination to improve the product.
