Today on Tuesday April, the ninth of 2024 I made an order approximately 5pm-5:30pm and as I went home, I noticed that I was missing my onion rings. I tried calling I got no call back, nor anyone is answering. I personally feel like the customer service is very poor when these kind of situations happen, or in general when someone’s trying to get a hold of them of something, has either got the orders mixed up whatsoever no one is literally picking up I’ve been calling for the past hour and got nothing so now I have to go in person to the store tomorrow which is a long trip so it’s a lot of hassle for just onion rings that they forgot to put in… I’m just gonna go stick with the KFC on Cannon Street like I always do. They have perfect customer service and their food is delicious hot and fresh and they always have everything in there. Nothing never goes missing. I RECCOMEND THE KFC ON CANNON STREET IN HAMILTON!!

Management here needs to look into getting new staff or training proper customer service, waited at the speaker for about 3 mins so we thought they were closed (not the first time this happened to us) when we pulled to the window we asked if something was wrong with the speaker she was just rude and said it was because we had a truck.. which makes no sense because last time we were there and this happened we were in a car…. I won’t ever go to the location again. Not to mention the food was cold and we had to wait 10 mins for food with no other customers in store or drive thru…

Picked up an online order through the drive through and caught attitude from the employee who told me twice that they want me to go inside to get pickup orders. Once at the intercom, and again face to face in a not so nice tone. I was non combative and only gave one word answers.The drive thru was empty. There are no directions or signage saying not do this. I've always picked up through there.No clue what her problem was.I won't be coming back to this location.

I am so very disappointed with my visit and my food from this KFC. I went in and ordered at the kiosk thought it would be a straight forward process and very easy. Apparently not. When I placed the order the kiosk got my to type my name and INFORMED me that my name would be called upon my ordering being ready… this is clearly false advertisement as I went up to the counter after WAITING 25 mins asking where my order is. And the lady had it sitting on the counter… I asked her why my name wasn’t called as that’s what the kiosk said would happen… she then began to argue with me asking if I spoke to her and I said no I ordered at the kiosk and that’s what the kiosk said would happen. She then began to argue with me even when I informed her that that is exactly what the kiosk said. I asked her why my name wasn’t called and I was asking how long the food was just sitting on the counter. She said she had just put it down which WAS A LIE as my food was iced cold when I opened it I live two min drive away. This is just a very disappointing thing and I’m so annoyed at my experience with the employee and annoyed with the quality of food. I paid 38$ for food that was ice cold. Also another thing I’d like to point out is an employee walked in I guess she had just started her shift but she WAS NOT in any kind of uniform and her hair was not properly put away as it should be working in the food industry. I’m relived that the food was prepared prior to her walking onto the floor to work. But yet my food was cold. This is a terrible experience and I will not be ordering KFC ever again nor stepping foot in another kfc establishment ever again. This is completely unacceptable and now I see why there are SO many bad reviews on this place.

This location used to be ok but I don't know what happened. Waited over 10 minutes for my for my food, thinking it's being made fresh? That was not the case.. I will not be returning here again

I think this store went downhill. They don’t really care about customer service. The pieces of chicken are so small , greasy , cold sometimes and made without care. I always try to ask for fresh chicken but they sometimes gives me attitude. As I’ve bought in the past when it’s been cold and it taste like salty greasy chicken and fries.Let’s hope the staff will care more, improve a bit and serve fresh food in the future.

I was thoroughly uncomfortable and dissatisfied with my entire experience last night. I didn't know exactly how to react as this is a fast food place and it was nothing that I expected. If the company could check the cameras I would suggest so. There were two other customers ahead of me and two-door dash pickups before me. It took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and I actually had to say that the person they served ahead of me that he was not part of my party and that I had been waiting.I came in to try out the new extra crispy box. My friend wanted to order something else at a different restaurant and was waiting for me to order. The experience took over a half an hour. I even took a minute to use the restroom bringing my own tissue paper as there was none. I did let staff know and hoped that they would provide toilet paper after I had said it. There were more than four individuals working when I was there. One lady at the window in the kitchen even had time to FaceTime someone and tell them how there were so many staff members in the kitchen. When she came back to put orders together, I noticed that she started to eat a meal at the window and then proceeded to put together other people's food orders without washing her hands. In fact, not one person was wearing gloves behind the kitchen.I was thoroughly uncomfortable and didn't know if I had a right to ask if my food could be re prepared. I feared that there would be retaliation as I couldn't see past the window. I wanted to take photos of the entire situation as it unravelled but figured that if KFC truly wanted to investigate they could look back at their cameras. Not a great experience. I did take the food but I didn't eat anything but my coleslaw because it was prepackaged. I hope with this review they re evaluate their food handling and customer service ?

I've been at this place many times to order two, three, or four pieces, chicken with fries, coleslaw, and a beverage. The chicken and fries were served hot. It was very good. So far, I have had no problems with my food.Most of the time, I used the drive-through to order my food and beverage. Once in a while, I go in to order and sit down at their diner. They have Wheelchair Accessible Seatings. They always keep it clean. They do have restrooms with wheelchair accessible entrances. They also have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots.They share their parking with other stores. The staff that served me were very nice and helpful. You can bring your children to this place.
