This is suppose to be a fast food restaurant but it take over 15 mins for your food and then they mess up the order. If you work at the mall you cannot order here for your lunch because they take forever to get it to you. The staff is either rude or doesn't understand English and get the order wrong or misses items more than half the time. This KFC/Taco Bell use to be great but since COVID it has really gone down hill.

KFC Limeridge mall. Ordered off my app. Staff were very kind and friendly. Now the food. Ordered the 4 piece special with fries and salad and drink. The original chicken was dripping in grease. So bad I had to put napkins under the box. Wow!! Flavour wasn’t great but that could just be me. The grease dripping out of the skin was so bad, it made me sick. Had to throw out the drink, fries and salad. Sad to say, my KFC days are done

I have been buying my lunch from them for past few years. Chicken at this location is always fried to the perfection! I am amazed by the speed of service they provide despite being busy! The girl at the front counter always carries a genuine smile and never fails to greet you! Thanks guys for the amazing experience

I stopped in yesterday May 1/24. I ordered chicken tenders. OMG they weren’t even KFC tenders . These were terrible and didn’t even taste like KFC tenders. I didn’t know a franchise could buy whatever food they want . KFC you need to look into this .
