Ordered through the app. After an hour and 20 minutes it still says preparing the order. I call the number listed for the store to see what's up and they have set their phones to not take incoming calls. Call the support number and they say there is nothing they can do other than forwarding my call to the store.
Worst location in Hamilton. Use the Barton St. Store. It's run much better

My husband and I got food poisoning from this location last night. We ordered through Uber, had we checked online and seen that other people had gotten sick from this location we would not have ordered from here. We had chicken sandwiches and popcorn chicken.

I would say this place is one of the few ones that serve the KFC more fresh than others.
I would say a probability of 80% that you will get your KFC fresh here. During peak hours When it's not fresh it's quite bad. Bad oil , stale etc. This place is quite busy in the daytime on weekdays and that was the best time I would say to get the KFC. One other thing. Sometimes the fried chicken here is absolutely salty for some reason. I don't know what it is.
They need to clean the ordering area better cuz sometimes it gets dirty.
Worst staff ever. They wants customers to stand in the snow but won’t open the door( waited outside in the snow for 10 mins). If don’t wanna work then just leave the job guys. Ridiculous staff. Hope you guys will get the same response from everywhere you go.

Paid $60 for a variety bucket. Everyone who ate it got severe food poisoning. The fries and chicken were old and too greasy, not crunchy at all. This place needs a health inspection asap because they're getting people sick.
