My order was over 2 hours late. When I called to inquire the employee was rude and had "no idea" where my order was and said something like "who knows" when I asked how long it would be. Terrible customer service and when the food arrived the wings were terrible like they never change the oil in the fryer. Avoid this place there are many many good places in Hamilton to get pizza. This is NOT one...i tried them because they had .99 delivery fee on UE

DO NOT TRUST THIS RESTAURANT! They lie repeatedly! Therefore I wouldn't eat the food. Can't trust what you can't trust! I got food poisoning the last time I had their poutine. They also take your money and don't deliver your order.

Kept lying to me that I will be receiving my order and 5 hours later did not get anything at all. Kept saying he has 20 orders at once and only one driver and my food will be there in 20 minutes. I totally understand that today was a snow day. It is just the unprofessionalism that he could not tell me the truth that he will not be able to complete my order instead of cancelling the order he tried to just keep the money. Thank god Uber refunded me still lost 3 dollars in tip. I could have ordered from elsewhere instead all other places closed as well. I don’t get it why lie? my whole family sat hungry waiting for our dinner all night long. This is my first ever negative review given to anyone cause I know how hard the food business is. It is just the fact that you took the money and didn’t deliver the food.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 4 garlic sauces and an order of garlic bread. Only the pizza was delivered with zero sauce and zero garlic bread. Pizza is old, cheese is burnt, barely any pepperoni. Spent about 20-25 dollars on this. Absolute waste of money, I am never ordering from here ever again.

Best pizza I’ve had in awhile! Lots of toppings, sauce is delicious! Wings are beautiful! The guy that took my order was nice and courteous, Delivery was quick and pizza was hot! 100% will get again and recommend.
They are very rude and my order got damaged food quality not good and behavior with customers are very very rude doesn't sense that how to talk with customers. Don't eat from the restaurant please.

Lemme start by saying nothing else is open so late near me ,so them being open until 4AM is so convenient when you are hungry late night. The person who answered the phone was so nice even when I called at 2:30 AM .I ordered the lasagna and garlic bread with cheese and a bunch of drinks and the total was $21 ,I only had 20$ and he was so nice and didn’t even take a second to decline , told me “make it $20”. What a nice guy the food was amazing ! Order from these guys 100% .kindness goes a long way .This was my first time ordering as well they do not even know me ! I got laid off of work and accepting a Lower amount is not heard of often , I wish I could have tipped them, I don’t think the delivery driver was too happy :( . Thank you guys so much !
