Food were delicious & piping hot from the kitchen. There was only 1 staff when we arrived so it was hard to call when we wanted to order. But it was reassuring that there were a lot of Koreans eating here as well. Specially loved the seaweed side dish too. Great find in the area

Ordered online. Always different ways to make food. When I reported quality of sauce to be questionable as sauce from rice cake was not be properly stirred/cooked together well, and pankcake was undercooked I was dismissed by the owner; who did not make the food, Who did not ask for pictures nor offer an apology for my poor experience and safety concern. A $70 meal requires excellent service. As a former resident of S.K I know different korean cusines. This was Poor quality. I want to thank the person on the phone who accepted my complaint and was really polite.

I got 2 pork katsu donburi bowls and an order of dumplings for pick up. I picked It up fresh across the street. It was $68 (no tip). The breaded pork had been left to steam in the takeout container so it was soggy. It should've been left to cool and packaged separately. The steam from the container also overcooked the rice into mush. The serving of meat and Veggies was good, but there was not enough rice ! Usually restaurants will put more rice than meat or Veggies, but the rice portion was way too small. And this is a rice bowl entree! I think the food quality was ok but the poor packing procedures left it overcooked and soggy. I was also shocked at the price! Overall im really disappointed and there are much better options in the city for much cheaper. Won't be returning.

I just went today with my family for Valentine’s Day. I really enjoyed my service as the girl was very kind and attentive. However, I just wanted to say that since today is such a busy day for many restaurants, having one server for 7+ tables of people seems very little! I could tell the server was under lots of pressure and wanted to say that she did such a great job! The restaurant seemed to be severely understaffed if only one person was attending to a full restaurant. You guys could really benefit from one or two more servers especially considering today is a holiday. Overall the food was good and didn’t take long to come out but I really wanted to emphasize the sympathy I had for the girl serving everyone. She shouldn’t be the only one serving at such a busy time.

Best Korean food in Hamilton! I lived in South Korea for a year, so I have lots to compare it to. Everything is awesome, my girlfriend and I go there often. The Japanese food they have, especially the don datsu is exquisite. Very authentic and affordable food! The staff are exceptionally friendly! Just had their gamjatang for the first time last night, so delicious! If you haven't been, you need to go!

I recently dined at Korea House in Hamilton, Ontario, and it was a delightful experience. 
The Bibimbap was a standout, featuring a harmonious mix of fresh vegetables, tender beef, and a perfectly cooked egg over rice. 
The Bulgogi Dinner offered succulent, marinated sliced beef that was both flavorful and satisfying. 
For an appetizer, the Deep-Fried Dumplings were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, making for a perfect start to the meal. 
The restaurant’s cozy atmosphere and friendly staff added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend Korea House for anyone seeking authentic Korean cuisine in Hamilton.
