Gave me the literal wrong cheese cake. With nuts. Called on the phone, they said the cheesecake doesn't have nuts in it/ It had almonds. I have a nut allergy. Received this at my door and was upset.

Ordered 2 cakes from here and the cakes looked nothing like the pictures. Im disappointed because they weren't cheap and for the price point I expected them to look and taste better. I wouldn't recommend.

Made half an hour drive there with friends and family to enjoy soft serve. They dont carry Soft Serve at all. Very Disappointed. Then we went to Burlington location. For Hard Ice Cream, there are onlyfew flavors to choose from.

Wow! I should have looked at reviews before ordering! I had family over and we decided to order dessert after dinner. Used Uber Eats. Spent $50 on a slice of cake, 6 chocolate chip cookies and a container of cookie dough. The order didn't arrive. The app says delivery was by store staff, so I had to call the store for an update. 20 minutes past the expected delivery time, I called and was told it wouldn't be delivered. They asked me to pick it up!! Would I spend $50 on delivery if I could have just gone and picked up dessert? No apologies, no phone call, or even an update in the app would have been nice. I have to wait a few days for my refund. Absolutely ridiculous! If you don't have anyone to deliver orders STAY OFF THE APP!!! Never again, 0 stars, would not recommend. Can't help but feel like I've been scammed.

Really expensive! Hardly any ice cream. The ice cream taste like sand was in it. Won't be coming back. You wait forever while the employees are more focused on Mr Sub customers. People walked in after us and the employee almost took them before us.
