Ordered 2 cakes from here and the cakes looked nothing like the pictures. Im disappointed because they weren't cheap and for the price point I expected them to look and taste better. I wouldn't recommend.

Made half an hour drive there with friends and family to enjoy soft serve. They dont carry Soft Serve at all. Very Disappointed. Then we went to Burlington location. For Hard Ice Cream, there are onlyfew flavors to choose from.

Wow! I should have looked at reviews before ordering! I had family over and we decided to order dessert after dinner. Used Uber Eats. Spent $50 on a slice of cake, 6 chocolate chip cookies and a container of cookie dough. The order didn't arrive. The app says delivery was by store staff, so I had to call the store for an update. 20 minutes past the expected delivery time, I called and was told it wouldn't be delivered. They asked me to pick it up!! Would I spend $50 on delivery if I could have just gone and picked up dessert? No apologies, no phone call, or even an update in the app would have been nice. I have to wait a few days for my refund. Absolutely ridiculous! If you don't have anyone to deliver orders STAY OFF THE APP!!! Never again, 0 stars, would not recommend. Can't help but feel like I've been scammed.

Really expensive! Hardly any ice cream. The ice cream taste like sand was in it. Won't be coming back. You wait forever while the employees are more focused on Mr Sub customers. People walked in after us and the employee almost took them before us.

Went here for ice cream only to be told that they’re not serving it an hour before close… Acted as though they didn’t even wanna serve us. No one else was in the restaurant. All we wanted was to have some girl time with some ice cream and couldn’t even have good service. Will not be going back.

We ordered from skip - one classic cheesecake and one "chef's choice cheesecake". We received one frozen slice of cheesecake and one frozen slice of chocolate cake (not even a little bit cheesecake). The cheesecake doesn't taste very good and the chocolate cake is 1)not cheesecake and 2) very bland. So disappointing.

First of all, in Montreal this restaurant is amazing. However this location, is run by Mr.Sub, and its employees, how bizarre. They didn't have any soft serve? Isn't that half the dang menu? I asked for a dipped cone and the woman looked at me like I had 2 heads. Then she thought I wanted just the dip in a cup. Someone else came out and shouted they only have hard ice cream. Pass. La Diperie this location is killing your brand. Don't let this weird version of La diperie stop you. The one at the Toronto outlets was good.

Update: I emailed the email they provided and never got a response. Both me & my friend have been sick since eating this two days ago…probably from the dirty spoons they provided!? Wish I could give them zero stars…
