Wow! I should have looked at reviews before ordering! I had family over and we decided to order dessert after dinner. Used Uber Eats. Spent $50 on a slice of cake, 6 chocolate chip cookies and a container of cookie dough. The order didn't arrive. The app says delivery was by store staff, so I had to call the store for an update. 20 minutes past the expected delivery time, I called and was told it wouldn't be delivered. They asked me to pick it up!! Would I spend $50 on delivery if I could have just gone and picked up dessert? No apologies, no phone call, or even an update in the app would have been nice. I have to wait a few days for my refund. Absolutely ridiculous! If you don't have anyone to deliver orders STAY OFF THE APP!!! Never again, 0 stars, would not recommend. Can't help but feel like I've been scammed.

We ordered from skip - one classic cheesecake and one "chef's choice cheesecake". We received one frozen slice of cheesecake and one frozen slice of chocolate cake (not even a little bit cheesecake). The cheesecake doesn't taste very good and the chocolate cake is 1)not cheesecake and 2) very bland. So disappointing.
First of all, in Montreal this restaurant is amazing. However this location, is run by Mr.Sub, and its employees, how bizarre. They didn't have any soft serve? Isn't that half the dang menu? I asked for a dipped cone and the woman looked at me like I had 2 heads. Then she thought I wanted just the dip in a cup. Someone else came out and shouted they only have hard ice cream. Pass. La Diperie this location is killing your brand. Don't let this weird version of La diperie stop you. The one at the Toronto outlets was good.

Oh, I cannot tell you the joy I felt when I saw La Diperie opened close by. I'm originally from Québec and this was one of my absolute favorite places to go. There is one location in the Toronto Outlet mall, but it's quite the treck to go there. We went to this location on Mother's day, as my wife (and mother of my 2 kids) is also a big fan. We were a bit surprised to find this location mixed with a Mr SUB. When we walked in, the staff was sitting at a table, (which was weird but whatever there wasn't any other customer in sight). My wife knew what she wanted and ordered her ice-cream dipped. The employee stared at her with a weird look in her face. I looked at the counter and sure enough they had the dip that my wife was asking for. The employee asked to repeat so my wife did, and the employee with an even more confused look asked if my wife wanted just a container of the dip. My wife explained what she wanted (vanilla soft serve with pistachio dip) and the employee said they don't offer that. Um.. what? Your name loosly translates to means "the place to dip". Another employee from the back shouted to us that they do not serve soft serve ice cream. I mean, if they said their machine was broken or they were out.. but to say they didn't serve it? Very weird... I can't explain the disappointment my family had as we all wanted to get soft served with one of the special dips. To any potential customers: avoid this place and make the track out to Toronto Outlet Mall.. it's worth it. To any customers that already showed up: please do not let this place influence your opinion, this is a great franchise/chain, just ran awfully at this location. To La Diperie: not sure how this owner passed, but I'd definitely send someone from "corporate " to do a checkup on this place. This is hurting your brand and image.
Parking: Plenty of parking, not another customer in sight despite being a gorgeous day outside.
