Really surprised at how well they dealt with gf/dietary issues. We did take out and when it got to the house we called to clarify and to make sure that the falafel were done in a separate fryer which they were. We also got a call back and a staff walked us through the whole order which was excellent. Everything was tasty, the portions were large. The hummus was very authentic. My only complaint would be the that the falafel were too fried so they hollowed out inside. Still very nice as a gf meal with lots of selection.

Great Spot for a Business Lunch!
Had a great experience at La Luna Express on Upper James in Hamilton. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly—perfect for a business lunch. Food is always great.
Usually call in for take out orders and takes no more than 10-15 min to pick up from time of order.
Love the Fatoush salad and the wraps....shish tawook and shwarma being family favorites.

I just ordered beef rice for $17 from UberEats and it came with little beef shawarma on top for $17 price . I am honestly very disappointed with my order. I will definitely not be ordering anything else again.

I think the restaurant could improve the quality of its dishes. The rice, shawarma, and shish tawook tasted as though they had been reheated in a pan, and the food was a bit too oily for my preference. With fresher preparation and less oil, the experience would be much better.

I recently tried the chicken shawarma plate, and it absolutely hit the spot! The chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with authentic spices. The garlic sauce was rich and creamy, adding just the right kick. It came with a generous serving of rice, fresh salad, chips– everything was super fresh and flavorful. Portion size was great for the price too. Highly recommend if you’re craving a satisfying and tasty Middle Eastern meal!
