The food is dry and over cooked and the service is the worst I ever experienced in food industry !!! They argue with you instead of apologizing for their mistakes!!! Apologies are not in their policy !!! That reminds me of a quote ( don’t correct the fool and he/she will hate you correct the wise person to appreciate you and thank you))) I will never support them and I will never recommend them to anyone but I will share my experience with everyone I know !!!! They should appreciate customers who are supporting their business from customers support they pay their rent and their salary !!!!!

I work for the hospital and normally go to the downtown location but I have been working across the street lately and decided to order from this location. The first time I ordered I asked for Fattoush salad and a chicken skewer. (I prefer the skewer over the salad & chicken because the chicken skewer is more juicy and less sauce) I was told it would be 20mins. It was brought out right away and I questioned if the chicken was a skewer and if it was cooked long enough. The man from the kitchen assured me it was. When I got home my salad was limp and was given the wrong chicken. I called to let them know what had happened and received great customer service. They even went as far as to comp my order. A couple days later I ordered again and my food was excellent! Exactly what I ordered. The following week I placed the same order and when I got home i noticed that the chicken was not the skewer that I ordered. When I called to inform them, the owner came on the phone to ARGUE with me!!! I couldn’t believe it! I was told word for word “you have called to complain twice so if you don’t like my food don’t come back” I am appalled. I have been going to the downtown location for YEARS and have never run into this issue, which is why I called to let them know. I am very disappointed and will let others know how I was treated.

I used to love this place. Their shawarma was my favourite but I ordered twice asking for extra garlic sauce and Pickles on my shawarma and it was dry there was barely any sauce on it at all. Their food has gone down hill.

This is a horrible place to start with, they even can't hire a decent person to answer the phone, so I will advise everyone not to call this restaurant and of course don't go there no matter what. I called to ask about something and she put me on hold, okay no problem, but while I was asking about something which didn't take time at all she said very quickly while interrupting me: please call us back good bye and she hang up the phone, this rude behavior is unacceptable, where is the management? how can they accept such behavior? They lost me as a customer and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go there no matter what. This is such a horrible service and behavior.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the friendly service. Best of all their honesty is above reproach. My wife forgot her purse hanging on the back of her chair. Being from out of town we didn’t realize till we got home almost 2 hours later and phoned immediately but they were closed. We left a message and within 10 minutes we got a call saying the purse was safe.Next day we recovered it including some cash, credit cards, health card and driver’s license….what a relief! Helen was our server so we thank her and other staff members for their great honesty…..we’ll definitely be back.
