Ordered takeout and was impressed with the friendly and fast customer service! Food was delicious. The lentil soup was packaged like I’d never seen before and stayed hot until long after I got home. I also ordered a Greek salad (with dressing in n the side) which was also delicious. I was also impressed that they wrapped the container in plastic wrap so it wouldn’t leak. This location is by far the best of their restaurants so far. I went to the Queen St location the week after and ordered basically the same two items but was not as impressed and the packaging was the disappointing when compared to the Concession location.

This used to be a must go to restaurant for me whenever I wanted some of the best Lebanese food at least in the Hamilton / Niagara region of Ontario Canada.
To be fair and for a couple of reasons I didn't go too deep into the menu, for one because I find the prices to be too high.
The lentil soup was delicious and priced fairly but things like the absence of the homemade yogurt which is called leban and that they no longer have the freshly baked Syrian bread, weren't good indications
These are tough economic times for everybody and more and more people are just cooking at home so I don't plan on just giving up La Luna, rather I'll just will give it a few months before I go back again.
Keep in mind they also have another location which also used to be a mainstay but I can only hope that maybe the trend didn't continue their although I suspect that it did.
Part of the reason my review isn't high is because I was expecting so much based on past experiences.

I got the burger. It was good and filling but not exceptional? Fries were good too but again, not out of the ordinary. My friend got the plate with the chicken skewers and those were really good. Juicy, tender, tasty and not undercooked.

Great service with a smile, plenty of seating, sufficient free car parking and good quantity and quality of food. There are washrooms but I did not use them. This place does not appear to have main accessible entrance. The prices are also reasonable given the inflation. This place ticks all the right boxes and I would recommend you to checkout this place.
mouth watering good food!! would go back again and again. we were recommended the fatoush salad by my sister-in-law and it delivered. the best one i’ve ever had. my husband doesn’t eat a lot of vegetables and definitely not salads but he had it too and agreed on it’s deliciousness. we also got the lemon chicken and spicy potato meal which was so moist and full of flavour.
